Store was well stocked and had exactly the items I was looking to purchase. The transaction process was quick and efficient. Great Customer Service!!!

I love my local CVS and their personnel, especially Shantara who always has a very warm greeting for me.. This store has become essential to us at my Apt building as the local Kroger has been shut down for a long time.

I used the self checkout and got in and out fast there were some decent sales items too. One nice thing is I also got the usual long tool of coupons to use next visit.the Halloween items have arrived .

CVS!! Where do I begin? This particular location is great! Very friendly cashier, always have a smile on there face and ready to answer any questions you may have for them. Clean store, always clean. Easy to find things. Some stores u may enter and can't find anything but not here. They have the big signs and marking for things. There pharmacist are very friendly also and helpful. If you need and time of photo taken( passport) this is the location.

Looking at these reviews I am surprised and some are unfair. CVS has no control over any cars being booted nor do any of the other stores in that plaza. I've been going there as long as it's been open and I never had a boot on my car. The warning says for customers only, so if you leave, that's on you. Also this is a high traffic location, I mean hiiiigh, so I can see people having extended wait times to get their meds.

To CVS in DT Decatur, I appreciate that each time I've gone and seen people being rude and yelling about whatever comes to mind that when the next person comes, me, that you treated me with respect, and we both left smiling. Sometimes you do have to double check and verify information, any business does, and that is understandable. Me the customer, not being "entitled" is in control of how I look at it. When I see people who work from the time they get there until they leave, with little breaks (high traffic location) I understand and appreciate the hard work that you do. I've been to other ones and they don't have the volume that you do daily.

I cannot describe to you how amazing this pharmacy is but, ill give it a try. Anytime that I have to get a prescription filled here the technicians and pharmacists give me the time and attention that I deserve. They always seem to be extremely busy but that does not stop them from going the extra mile to ensure that each patient (including myself) has the correct medication when they need it. This is by far the best pharmacy this side of the Mississippi.

They may not be perfect but there is at least one pharmacist here who goes above and beyond, Shubra. Thank you Shubra for your hard work and for caring about your customers always!

All Employees including the Management treat with respect. courtesy. If you need something they will help you with a smile on their face. And everyone is happy there.

Well stocked. Friendly staff (Yokeia was super helpful) and diverse product selection. If you use the coupons you will save a lot! This is my go-to place for specific (more hard to find) face wash and lotion (Cerave & Vanicream)

CVS was very well stocked and the team was very knowledgeable of were things are located and move with a fast paste

They have always been helpful at the pharmacy here and are one of the only pharmacy's I could find that has a specific medication in stock that a family member needed immediately! They were a life saver due to this!
