I love this location. I am always able to find the best Betsy Johnson handbags and other great finds. The staff has always been friendly and professional even during the holidays then things are extremely stressful in retail sales. Convenient location in Decatur.

One of my fave stores. Always good deals and nice staff. I have witness the staff get verbally beat up quite often when there are not enough cashiers but the cashiers maintain there cool and keep things moving.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time because it here is a lot of options to purchase and a lot of money too, is worth once in a while

I got cute shoes, and although they don't have a lot of petite ladies pants,I have managed to find several nice pairs here at a good price.chevk out was fast, and clerk was friendly.they had lots of cool Halloween items still available,too

I love the fact that this place is open until 11p. They keep their store stocked with merchandise and the associates are both visible on the floor and helpful. The cashiers do a wonderful job of keeping the check-out lines moving and I love that they have a separate line for returns. The only thing I've noticed is that the store locations are not consistent with thier return policies, so just be prepared to call ahead and inquire. One store may say no over the phone, while another location will honor your return.

Maskatory, social distancing , family's stay together, Security on patrol in store, Holloween goodies on the shelf, christmas gifts in store, always reasonable prices on goods, cooking items for holiday coming up, they have them.

This Ross is organized and clean. I found everything I was looking for in a timely manner.

Kelly has amazing customer service. She greeted everyone who walked in the store and checked me out in a tinmely manner.

I was so shocked to see a Ross fully stock and organized. I will definitely drive 30 mins to visit this store.

Ross is a great place 2 shop, but unfortunately, it's now an hour away. I didn't make it.

I like this store a lot It’s always been well maintained and clean I always come to get something and found myself with so many beautiful clothes with good prices , the manager is so adorable welcoming customers. My favorite store! Keep up the good work 👍

Decent clothes at decent prices. Some seasons have better selection of clothes than others. I bought a lot of really cute tops, bottoms, and shoes early Summer, but I wasn't that impressed with the selection today. But I'm always looking for unique pieces that stand out from all of the normal items. This is the best Ross location imo and my 1st go to place when looking for something specific.

There's always something at Ross! 😊 Needed a small purse for the Braves game and didn't want to spend a lot. Found the perfect size for around $20, which is within my budget. Can always rely on them for reasonable price points.

Great finds for reasonable prices

I found amazing things here that the Ross near my house doesn’t have. It was completely stocked and I spend way to much time and money here. I only wanted to go and see what they had but instead bought a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need. The store looked amazing and the staff was incredible. I spoke to a few of them and they were all helpful and funny.

Customer service was amazing. The best I've seen at a Ross anywhere. The sizes were actually organized and the place seemed well kept. I'll definitely return to this Ross.

Excellent Location for Decor Items .

As many times that I've been in this shopping plaza this was my first time stopping in Ross. To be honest between, Joann's, Home Goods, then Walmart, I don't have any room left on my walker, Lol! I was looking for a rain hat, since it is hard to hold an umbrella and push a walker at the same time. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, even though they were out of rain hats. I did take a few minutes to look through the store. Saw a lot of great deals, store was clean and organized. Next time I will plan on not going to Walmart, so I will be able to cash in on some of those deals that I saw today 😁
