Good and really full of products same as always in all the CVS location that i visited 👍 the customer service was okay and i could find my care products, i recommend this location 👌

I don’t know where the 2 star rating is coming from. Been coming here for prescriptions since I was a preteen and We’ve never had a problem with this CVS. You cant complain about wait times and prescriptions when they are DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM A HOSPITAL‼ Cant even imagine how many orders they have to fill a day, Thank You all for all you do😊

The 2 pharmacists that were running the pharmacy were working hard and fast trying to keep up with the overwhelming orders while being critically understaffed.
There was a wait, but it could not be blamed on the pharmacy employees working their best to help everyone as quickly as possible.

I can only speak from personal experience but my experiences at this CVS location have been all positive. Staff have helped me quickly and been responsive. Any questions I have asked have been answered promptly and completely. Recently I was in a car accident and was without transportation. I needed to pick up my prescriptions and get a vaccine booster shot. The staff was kind enough to prepare my prescriptions and move my vaccine appointment up an hour so I wouldn't have to walk back to the store twice in one day. I greatly appreciate the pharmacy and staff here and I always have a good experience.

I had a very enjoyable experience during a difficult trip. The pharmacy staff and managers are super stars.

I am a photographer. I had placed an order the night before and the machine was down. When I came in to pick up my photos KeKe assisted me through the entire process. She worked with the manager to get the machine working. She called me later to confirm everything was good to go! I was very appreciative of her efforts. I will definitely be returning!

Miss Janet at the CVS minute clinic is amazing she addressed my concerns with care and professionalism 10/10!

I've been to this pharmacy a few times recently and have been caught off guard by how friendly and helpful everyone has been. I have been greeted when I walk in the door. And, although the pharmacy is always busy, the ladies working behind the counter have a patient, kind, and helpful attitude which I truly appreciate.

I've been to this clinic twice and took my dad once and each time the tech was right on point. She explained my condition and the type of treatment and even communicated with the pharmacy to insure that I get the best price-I didn't have insurance. I took my dad once and right again! The same tech treated my dad with TLC and white glove service. She was very polite which made my dad more comfortable and was able to see seen and get RX in under 45 minutes. Try going to your doc without an appointment! Great job CVS for offering this service in my community.

I never leave reviews but I had to this one time. For this to be the only 24 hr pharmacy anywhere within maybe 5 miles, never mind that it's directly across from a hospital, a long wait time should be expected in my opinion. But I must say no matter how long it has taken, I have never had any of the staff be short or rude to me when finally getting my prescription. The same cannot be said for the TERRIBLE CVS further down N Decatur and Indian Creek.

Ash at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me refill my prescription. She contacted my insurance quickly and efficiently to resolve the situation.

This pharmacy is severely understaffed but that’s not the fault of the individual pharmacists. They’ve always been very helpful, even if there’s often a wait.

If you find yourself here in Decatur GA definitely check out this Walgreens! They are well stocked, well lit, pretty clean, have good prices, and friendly cashiers/employees. They chatted with me a bit about my shirt and I really appreciate the connection they initiated. This place was more than just hi/bye/pay/have a good day, it was a genuine reminder of what it means to be human. 5 stars

If I can give this store 100000000 rating I would . I called the store before went in Every team member greater me down to the store manager greeted me mad me feel like some vip cvs customers I would definitely recommend this location very friendly customers focus keep up the great work guys . You guys are awesome

Minute Clinic visit. When I checked in system said 80+ minute wait. However, my wait was only 30-40 minutes. On Christmas Day, I have a lot of forgiveness for employees who have to work, but everybody was pleasant.

I will bypass all local CVS’ to get to this one!!!! They always have my medicine and the entire store staff is friendly and professional!!! I Love Them!!!

My wife, children and I come to this pharmacy for all of our prescriptions, shots etc. As well as there minute clinic ( ALWAYS, IN AND OUT! VERY QUICK AND AWESOME SERVICE!) "ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CALL AHEAD OF TIME AND SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT."

Fantastic. Easy to find what I knew they had and couldn’t find at nearby Wallgreens. Staff were attentive and friendly, more products and more eco. And 24h service! Ace!

Mohammed the pharmacist is the best. He got meds filled quite quickly. No wait at all. I highly recommend this CVS.
