Walmart Supercenter

I came here to get a prescription filled for my dog whom was suffering with pyrometra at the time. It turns out that dogs can actually take human prescriptions in lower amounts. meaning human antibiotics work on dogs but not vise versa. The pharmacist here was very helpful. she was a very nice young lady.

My dog survived. I was able to get her the surgery in the antibiotics were quickly delivered to me and she made it. So five stars from me. I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

Surprisingly, it was easy to get into this Walmart and navigate everything around the store. The parking deck under the store was nice to keep me out of the weather, and having a conveyer belt to bring my cart downstairs for me was amazing! The people were friendly and helpful locating things I needed. I will visit again!

To my surprise, I just had the fastest and best customer service experience of my life, literally just now, processing a return here. I would have never expected that from Walmart at 4pm on a weekday. Service was competent and efficient, yet still friendly. OP# 001892 at store# 03118 deserves a raise or promotion. I have never reviewed a big box store before, so this isn't something I normally do, the service was neat that exceptional. I wasn't paid or incentivized to write this.

Had exactly what I needed at a great place and didn't have to wait in line. Plenty of cashiers. Store was clean and organized!

Good experience. Not so busy on weekdays. Everything I needed was in stock. Overall good superstore. Would go here again.

So it turns out that this Walmart recently had a remodel and from the looks of it it looks like a brand new store. I can't believe it's been almost a year since the last time I came to this Walmart but then it really didn't even look like they needed a remodel but I'm honestly glad that they got one customer service was on point everyone was friendly and nice, also he is Central items are starting to appear back on shelves such as Lysol paper towels and many other things as well. I definitely might start coming to this Walmart more often so if you're in and around the Decatur area checking on in

This was my first time at a Walmart that had a parking garage. Found everything I needed. Had an escalator for me and my shopping cart. to go down. Was pretty cool.

Excellent place to shop, but Insurance cards weren't working correctly. Had to ring up my groceries 3x, before able to pay for them. Must fo better.

I was looking for some collard greens and Paris in produce went above and beyond to help me locate my item. Her customer service skills is amazing.

Well stocked supplies; clean store; helpful employees. The large signs over the respective sections are a plus.

My favorite walmart, if I need to go too one, it clean, the employee are helpful and not unhappy with there job.

Walmart is very clean and neat. The checkout lines are mostly always long.

This is truly a Supercenter...I took a pic of the pickup location for items purchased online. This is a great advantage in shopping: 1. Order, pay, pickup, and go. (But remember WalMart is not responsible for loading your stuff. I know some one is thinking customer service. Well, I am thinking liability. For example if YOU did not prepare to pick up your 65 inch TV and arrived in your 2 seater sports car....then that's on the consumer to figure out how to make it fit for safe transportation.) 2. No waiting in line. 3. Control what you buy and you aren't tempted to buy unnecessary stuff.

Surprisingly Walmart Superstore was a great shopping experience due to the impromptu clearance sale they had on summer clothing and ladies nightgowns. Those who where in the store when it was announced on the PA had a steal of a deal.

Huge collection of useful items. Open till 11 pm. Checkout was fast. It has basement parking too ! Only thing - cashier did not ask if we had W+ subscription, so unsure whether we got the member discounts.

This is a Super Walmart means have much more stuff than a regular one.
Walmarts are good for one stop shopping, you can save few bucks or more if you get super deals. However, in terms of service, this one is pretty average, don't expect Publix like service 😂

This is one of the best WAL-MART'S I have ever been to. The staff is helpful and courteous. The bathrooms are clean, and the shelves are neat and stocked.

An employee asked me if she could help me and I needed help! I saw her again and she helped me find a product.What great service.Thank you.

This Walmart is crazy I've never seen a Walmart with an underground parking lot this was an amazing site to see.
