I asked for same day service that morning since my son was in a band concert and needed his tux shirt pressed. I noticed when I got there that it needed dry cleaned as well but didn't have time for extra service. However, that afternoon when I picked it up, the guy dry cleaned AND pressed it at no additional charge. I will definitely return for the great service and super results!

I dropped of 5 items, of which one was a black sweater. The female owner counted each piece but the sweater was not listed on the ticket. My mistake was not noticing this until after i picked up the clothes. The next day, i went back to inquire about the missing sweater. The female owner, would barely listen. She kept stated that it was not possible for her to have missed a piece...as though she was Perfect. She absolutely would not entertain the possibility of her making a mistake. I wasn't upset or anything, but I KNEW that there was a sweater. I even suggested that she review the camera that was just above the register, which she down played. I'm so disappointed. I've been going there for years!

Took down coat to be cleaned, pointed out areas on light colored coat that needed extra attention. Picked coat up and other than it being a little fluffy it doesn't look like it's been cleaned. Expressed my displeasure and was told it's "Better than it was". $25 to clean the coat and it seems to only been fluffed. Never again. If you have no experience in cleaning a down coat do t accept it. If you are having problems cleaning g the coat call the customer!

OMG! I left a jacket to replace 12 buttons out. The buttons were gold lion faces. I demonstrated how lion faces should be all in same direction, (face up (common sense, it’s a face). Picked up jacket, faces were “every which way”! I asked for it to be redone correctly with faces all facing front. They wanted to recharge me because she didn’t realize it was a face! We looked at the buttons together when I dropped it off, we discussed how good they would look with jacket. Now they want charge me, and I have to wait a week. Taking business elsewhere, including dry cleaning. BAD BUSINESS! Why should I have to pay anything to get it fixed?

Been a customer for years. Beware they lose part of your cleaning. Hard to reach on telephone. They will raise their prices and not tell their customers! Probably lost my business for good!!!!!
