My visit to the American Signature furniture store in Duluth was absolutely extraordinary! David Dobbs, the sales assistant, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect bed for my home. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and fulfilled all of my needs. Despite traveling from Marietta, it was completely worth it thanks to David's exceptional service. David, thank you immensely for your outstanding assistance! I'm beyond thrilled with my experience and cannot express my gratitude enough for your exceptional help.

Ralph, Eddie and Meme was fantastic! Pleasant, ask me questions to make sure I was satisfied. They even help me places my rug down when they arrived. I want these gentlemen to be the ones to bring my bedroom set out! Thank you so much! Blessings!

Ralph ,Meme and one other person whom I didn’t get his name were outstanding. They made the delivery process went smooth. I like the fact their supervisor were present to witness how things were done. Good job all the way around.

Our delivery drivers Ralph, Eddie and Spencer were the best. Fast, professional and courteous. My two young boys were so interested in what they were doing and wanted to help. They let them watch and showed them what they were doing. The best delivery guys in the business!!

Eddy and Meme were not only on time but showed up ready to work. They were very professional and courteous and didn’t mind wearing shoe coverings. They were extremely careful in moving the furniture inside without damaging the doorway or walls. Since I’ve relocated, they have been the best delivery service I have seen. Ralph, Meme, and Eddy was amazing and polite, knocking asking to come in showed proper identification to let me and my wife know they was hear to bring out furniture in and put them where we choose and they finished really quick and left with smiles, awesome job!

After much research for the Charleston counter height chair, I went in the store and ran into Kim. Besides, her kindness and knowledgeable personality, she was also very patient and very friendly! It was great to work with her. Ask for Kim, and when you visit and know you are in great hands!!!!

Received our TV stand and entry way table this morning delivered by Eddy and Ralph. They took care to place the furniture in the right spots, assembled and showed us how to use the TV stands various features. Great team.

Ronald at the store provided great customer service when we selected our items - giving us space to walk around the store, promptly verifying stock availability and getting us out of there in a jiffy. Worth the drive to Duluth.

Today was my first time visiting American Signature Furniture. I was greeted by a young lady name Jasmin, Who wasted no time to look and find for what I was wanting, She was very cordial And work with me diligently to become a satisfied. We went in to the Duluth location to test rest some mattresses. We had no intention on buying anything else but fell in love with a livingroom set. We asked Eli for assistance. He was thoroughly informative and non-pushy. We're looking forward to getting our sofe set.

My family and I did a lot of shopping. Thanks to Jasmine, we went home satisfied. She made sure we had everything we need. We were indecisive, but she had the patience and insight to work with us. I would definitely recommend this place but especially her customer service ! There was a gentleman who was also very helpful the first time we came . I can’t remember his name he was an Asian or filipino older male, and he was humorous and patient as well! Thank you to you both!
