Amazing place to buy the car of your dreams, literally we went for a test drive for my GF and I take advantage and i realized ja test drive too, I had the idea to buy a mustang later and I just want to make sure that was the correct future car that I need, so I did the test drive here, i didn't the buy yet but customer service was awesome was all the process for the test drive super quickly. Btw the inside of the place it's super clean and the parking lot it's huge. If you need a car go there, has good prices and variety 👍

At first I had a bad experience with purchasing my car but Shenita worked very diligently to get me approved and she did. I am completely satisfied with how she turned things around for me and I love my new car. Big ups to her and the management team for helping me get the car I wanted.

My experience with my car purchase was better than expected. Wasn't as time consuming as I thought it would be. My salesperson, Makim is the best. Had to bring my vehicle in for a minor issue & it was taken care of right away by Ramona & Dylan, both were very nice & helpful. Will definitely refer friends & family who maybe in the market to purchase a vehicle.

The processing in selling my car went through like a breeze. It was quick and no question were asked. Because I did my quote online and I got a response in a few minutes and it was the best quote ever. The other places was low balling me with some ridiculous prices. I bought a vehicle out of state and picked it up here. Ms. Rachel was so helpful to getting me through express pickup. Me and my husband are very happy with the overall experience from start to finish. We arrived earlier than expected and they still got us out within an hr. The car was cleaned, oil recently changed and they filled up my tank! Best car experience I've had by far

I had to schedule a repair for my Town and Country Van with the Service Department at the CARMAX on Beaver Ruin Road. My Service employee contact was Sukaina. I was so impressed by her professionalism. She took the time to explain the procedure for the day my vehicle would be serviced and everything went smoothly when I arrived. I waited for my repair to be done and the check-out procedure was easy, Sukaina was personable, friendly and made sure I was pleased with the service experience from beginning to end. Well done! We were very pleased with CARMAX when we purchased both of our vans and to find the Customer Service Dept is also on top of their game was good to experience first hand.

This is the 5th vehicle I’ve got through Carmax. This location was by far the best location I’ve been too. I did the express pickup and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Only issue I had was once I left I stopped somewhere and my truck wouldn’t start because the battery was dead. Went back up there and they were super helpful in getting it resolved. The detailing dept could use a little work on cleaning the cars better, there was some trash left in the truck, but overall I’m pretty happy.

We had a mechanical issue with the first car we purchased. Under the 30 day guarantee, it was extremely easy to return and select a different vehicle. Our salesperson, Sylvana, went above and beyond to help along the way. I am pretty sure this is my first ever Google review, but the care, time, expertise, and availability needs to be recognized publicly.

Carmax truly simplifies and brings a level of honesty to car buying that I have never seen before. We received a friendly greeting immediately upon our arrival. Our salesperson Ingra was awesome. There were no hidden fees or any other nonsense you have to endure at a typical dealership. All said and done we were in and out with the car we wanted in about 2-3 hours (most of that was just waiting for paperwork). Awesome staff, great atmosphere, and wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be going to Carmax again!!!

Wonderful experience! I was able to buy and sell my old car without any stress. Carmax even offered to FedEx next day documents to my parents in another state. Great experienced.

This was my first experience with CarMax, and I could not be happier! I was able to get into a car I saw online only a few hours before, and our salesman, Makim, was extremely helpful in walking me through the whole process.

The whole process took me 6 hours from start to finish. It was so easy that i was skeptical. From choosing a car, to submitting the documents to pickup. It was such a blessing to be able to buy a car HASSEL free. I’ve been in my 2021 Jeep for about 3 weeks and i love it! I’ll never buy from a dealership again!

This was my 2nd time purchasing with CarMax....The experience was very pleasant.☺ The environment was clean along with all of the Staff very kind and eager to assist where needed. It was great being able to get pertinent information about the vehicles, along with them carrying out a 125-point Inspection. 👌 They give you the key🔑 to Test drive and you're off. That was nice. My vehicle🚘 had to be "shipped" therefore I was nervous🥴 because I never had a car "shipped" before. However I paid in advance and on CarMax app/website it continued to give me Updates (which was soo cool). 👍I really appreciated that. It allowed me to track the vehicle so I kept calm and hawked the website daily ....lol 🤭 I was so excited😁😘 knowing it arrived safely and went straight into Inspection-mode🔍 ......Knowing CarMax has a 30-day Return back guarantee allows you some comfort. So its a plus to be given that opportunity just in case you're not feelin' the vehicle. I mean ....the experience flowed, easy ....they explained things which mattered. And they had broken down each warranty if you decided to add that.....Which I feel is a great idea💡 if you're trying to keep from worrying what could happen or not in the future. Awesome car🚘 buying encounter‼‼‼‼😁 My Rep Inside the store was Cam....Very kool guy who has knowledge about CarMax services and goes into detail professionally but still showing a good personality along the way....I also worked with Virtual Asst. Tracia G. She was amazing from the start👌 ...She even talked with me while walking in to meet with Cam. She assisted me daily with doing research, finding cars🚗 I was interested in, she communicated with me every time🕛 I reached out to her ...So I wasn't left in the dark🌑 ...she also had assisted with finance options....She's "the bomb" 😉 These two presented great customer service and truly made my car 🚘buying journey another Success‼💯 Being apart of the CarMax family feels wonderful😘
