Andres was wonderful!! So nice and thorough. Even though it turned out to be an easy fix he still took the time to check the unit and the other thermostat to make sure the settings were right. Will definitely request him to come back if I have any issues.

HVAC unit serviced today by Trey at ARS today. I was very pleased with the outstanding service from beginning to end with him and the professionalism and service provided. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to additionally look at the LED light filter in my attic.

If I were able to give 10 Stars, I most certainly would. From start to finish the representative & the installer's were phenomenal! They all were so friendly, professional & enjoy their profession's. My technician was excellent. He inspected the entire system for the spring tune-up, and made recommendations for the coming summer season. He was courteous and thoughtful into the extra mile. I can't say enough. I am very pleased.

We had two cracks in our existing furnance. I contacted several companies and ARS gave us the best price. They were able to replace the furnace the next day. I do want to recognize the two men that did the install.. They worked so hard and had a great attitude all day.

The service today was free because we had a HVAC Unit installed last fall. All the information provided by the technician was within the normal range. Everything looked good, good unit installed last fall. Good communication from the dispatcher on arrival time.

My service was great today. Technician Mohammed cover pressure of system. quality of my airflow & keep my pcv pipe and coils clean. Very happy i just Needed a new filter. also glad he was on time for the scheduled window time frame. again. thanks for the help!!

Finally got a good technician Vance Moore he came and fixed the last technician's mess had to fix a wire that they should have fixed the first time. He is awesome and professional you need more like him. He did maintenance check he is the best.

I honestly am stunned and really impressed by the experience I had with this company. I called around and the soonest anyone could see me was a week from now -- not ARS. ARS got the job done in three days. Here's how it happened.

At 8:37PM on a Thursday NIGHT, my AC failed and I called them, they said a technician would come between 10 and 2 the NEXT day.

The technician, Nick, arrived right on time at 10, diagnosed my old system as being old and having a bad motor, and presented me with the option to repair it for a reasonable price. He was very professional and I felt at ease, like I could trust him, and I knew he would treat me well. The technician left my home and then called me, after talking on the phone with my home warranty people, and said that he would recommend replacement rather than repair because the unit was so old and inefficient, plus he spotted some hacky-work done by a previous service company to bypass a shoddy compressor. He said that it is likely it will fail again soon. No sales pressure at all, he just wanted me to be fully informed. I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism. I opted to price out a replacement, and he and his team worked together to get me a great deal on a new system and finance it, with Bradley’s help, without any hassle at all. It was decided and an appointment was scheduled the very next day in the morning, on a Saturday, between 10 and 2. I said I was at home the whole time so no issues.

The very next day, again, on a Saturday, two techs called in advance, and then arrived earlier than the scheduled time (I was very pleased) and called when they were at my home. Audrey and D spent the next four hours and did a super professional installation of my new units in my home. They removed the faulty equipment, cleaned up the messes and broken PVC pipes, nasty old equipment I don't know the names of, and recycled all the pieces. The technicians even made their work areas look very neat.

I'm super pleased by their performance, professionalism, and knowledge. They did a great job, the workmanship was fantastic, and I would strongly recommend this company from customer service, to diagnosis, to repair, to install the whole way through they excelled and did an A+ job and FAST.

I was hesitant at first to say the least any time you have a new company come service your home for something. I gave ARS a try for some heating and cooling services, and it did not disappoint. I want to say thank you for the team call representative Lori and my technician John that came out today. Everybody was seemingly professional and I was always alerted for any updates or changes that occurred within the ETA and all. As a technician myself in a different line of work I can’t say thank you enough. Hard good quality work is hard to come by these days. Thank you again.

Mr Redvine gets five stars - he was professional and friendly. Enjoyed having him out to inspect our system! We went with a different company in the end, as the sales person who came out after through up some red flags for us and we just didn’t feel comfortable going with ARS, even though their estimate to put in a new system was cheaper.

It started with the gentleman in Home Depot, asking if I wanted a hotdog. I knew he was there for HVAC system installation. He was so nice I didn’t get his name. I knew they were contracted with Home Depot. I knew I needed two new systems so I agreed. My appointment was set for two days later. Only thing I didn’t like was the appointment reminder calling my phone back to back on a Sunday to remind me of the appointment. Because I didn’t answer the phone. Monday comes Clint who’s my salesman, came out and on time, he was friendly, professional, and very detailed with the amount of information I needed to make my decision. He was able to sell me on two new HVAC UNITS for my home. When he walked into my home he immediately put shoes covers on, and off as he walked through the house and upstairs and removed them when he walked outside. He was able to educate me with the age of the units and why they needed to be replaced it was well over 15 years, and yes you get what you pay for I went with two good solid units with a nice package that was explained to me. Clint’s personality is what helped me make my decision. The installation day was the following day. Wow! I was very impressed there were four awesome installations guys that came out and knocked out a job that pretty much last up to 8 hours for two units. They came on time at 9am. It was 4 of the coolest installation guys they all wore shoe covers they even covered my entire house where they would walk. They were friendly and asked if they could do certain things from cutting down branches near the units outside and closing my doors each time they were in and out. Their names are Rosendo, Armando, anh, frank they knocked the job out in almost 4 hours. They explained everything I needed to know about my new systems. They explained the thermostat both upstairs and down. Set them up. They even assisted me with stuff in the garage without me asking. lol that was cute. But handled their job perfectly and professionally. I will also upload photos of the units and thermostats. What a great experience, and guess what I woke up the very next day with my AC running and my sinuses were all good. Less coughing and congestion. You can’t hear a peep out of the units.they run so smoothly. The filters are 5 inch thick. I totally recommend them!
