Muhammad was very helpful when I came into the store today. He was very polite and helpful when it came to getting my returns packaged and processed. I didn’t know my returns needed to be packed by me as they normally don’t need to be packed by me so he went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t over pay to return items I didn’t know I needed to pack to return and helped me choose the appropriate packaging for the size of my returning items.

Notary service was GREAT! Took me earlier than my appointment time, friendly and reasonably priced. Was expecting to pay 3 times what I paid. Thank you Ms. Patel for making my life easy today.

Today I visited this location to print out some multi-size documents. Muhammed handled my case and showed me a different size and design. He helped me a lot. A few days ago, I went to the same location to print some official documents. The store Manager handled my case and gave me excellent service. I liked their friendly service.

So grateful to the team at this UPS store. Let me start by saying I am one of those horrible people who sends back anything I am not completely satisfied with that I purchased online. The team at this store was so kind that let me sort through my returns after I arrived to the store right at closing time on a Federal Holiday when most businesses had been closed all day. I spent 10mins in my trunk and walked to the door at 4pm. The sign said closed but they kindly opened and allowed me and two other patrons in. I was so grateful and I appreciate them for being kind and accommodating me. It’s not often you run into such genuine people anymore and I’m grateful for the team at this store. May they continue to have success!

I am in this store several times a week, usually making an Amazon return. Everyone is friendly, and all the employees do a great job of making sure they help each customer in a timely manner. Today I had a large framed print packaged up. Two employees helped me and together it got done very quickly and was expertly packed. Highly recommend these lovely folks. 😊

Taslim Ahmed (manager) was so extremely kind and helpful. I was nervous about sending some important personal documents and he gave me proper packing materials and excellent customer service!!!
