It’s often those that have a bad experience. Jhazjmin was extremely helpful. Very patient. Great visit. RXs are usually handled very quickly and orderly. Checking out with the quick pass on app is helpful too!

This review is ONLY for the pharmacy. The folks there are really nice. They generally know who I am without me saying my name, and one of the pharmacy techs is especially nice. I have chronic migraines, and he will ask how the headaches are doing and that he'll be thinking about me and hope it gets better. Just an all-around nice guy, and I have never had any real trouble with getting my orders. There are a number of pharmacies closer to my home, but I drive farther to go to this one.

Went for a passport photo. Was acknowledged right away. Photo was taken and processed immediately. Entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. It was a little pricey for 2 small photos, but I knew the price when I went there.

I have been using this Walgreens for the past seven months (since I have been temporarily raising in Stone Mountain), and I have only he highest compliments for the pharmacy staff. They always helpful and patient.

Review on store ONLY: Staff is always nice and helpful. They messed up once or twice on my photo orders but always fixed the problem. Store is always clean. They offer good deals and coupons.

Great staff clean store

I moved here six months ago and never experienced the problems that have been described here. I use the drive through every month, pharmacist and techs are very informative and friendly. I've worked in a hospital and just retired after 34 all of which i dealt with patients and their families so I do know there are times people are not satisfied with services, what can be a matter of 3 minutes in actuality may be perceived as 20 mins for the person waiting. Sadly perception is reality. If a clerk is giving back the wrong change perhaps it's because our society only knows how to use electronic devices and are not able to make change on their own. I review my transactions every place of business as I find this is the norm nowadays.
I think too many people are quick to judge others, I would like to see you perform at your place of work. I managed 42 employees and represented patients as the hospital liasion for any problems. Lighten up people, I hope you give as good as you expect of others.
