Hey from the moment I walked in it was great experience down to the customer service. Juvais (Sorry if I misspelled) was my salesman he was great. Engaging and made sure I was informed on everything about the car I purchased. I came in with a car type and budget and he found great options for me to choose from. Today makes a month since I purchased my car: 2018 Yaris Toyota and it runs smooth and great on gas. I did have a minor problem with my front brakes. I called and Zee and Usher told me to come up and get it checked out to see if it was a problem with the brakes. Zee told me whatever is wrong we can fix it and he sure did make it happen! My spouse and I had a wonderful experience here. We needed a vehicle ASAP after an accident and Andre was immensely helpful finding us something that not only were we comfortable driving (I was used to driving minivans and SUVs), but also fit our budget! Arrived today at 12pm and was greeted very friendly, my salesman was “OLIVER” and when I say this Gentleman was the best Guy I’ve ever met, we went over what I wanted and what I had today to put down and he told me he would do his best and get me in what I wanted no doubt about it. The whole process was amazing but what was the Best is when he came out and Put his Sunglasses on and Grabbed me and my keys and walked me to my car. Great experience with these guys. Coming from another state to buy a car was a little frightening for my wife and I but when we got to Atlanta Best Used Cars we were pleasantly surprised. Over the phone Sal was professional and courteous. He gave me every detail on the car I was interested in. We even did a video conference so that I could see with my own eyes. When we arrived for purchase and a test drive his brother Shawn took care of us through everything and was equally as professional. I can't say enough about our experience it was that pleasant. We purchased a 2008 BMW 550i for a great price with excellent records. Thank you, thank you thank you! I will be back if I ever need without hesitation.

Anthony was a wonderful person to work with and worked hard to get me a great deal on my car. He was super warm and friendly and open to hearing my concerns. Replaced some of the tires on my car before I even drove it off the lot, and caught him giving it a nice clean too before I got the keys :) It was busy on Saturday when I went but I still felt like I got the care and attention I needed. Amazing experience is an understatement. Purchased a vehicle here and the whole process was easy and understandable. This is my first vehicle so I didn’t know what to expect but they set the bar high. Roger was really helpful through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle and taking a tour of the vehicle soon as it caught my eyes. Zee was also really helpful. The vehicle had tires that were a bit worn out and he said that they would replace them for me and that showed me they care more about the quality of the car rather than just selling the cars. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and for sure will come back in the future!
