Sam was a very thorough and informative technician. He was able to show me the different mechanical issues that were going wrong with my system. He also let me know about different health issues that could arise from different particles in the air that was coming off of the unit. Sam was very straightforward with the cost of repairs and recommendations that he made not to mention that Sam was on time which really made a difference and he wore shoe coverings when entering the house not to get the carpet dirty, which is really appreciated. Sam is a really great asset to your company, and he demonstrated a very friendly and approachable attitude.

Corey and Montavious are wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure the issue was correctly identified, and they took care of it. In the future, I will definitely request their services when needed.

Seth was AWESOME!! 5 stars 🤩 for sure. Not only did he arrive promptly, he was quite knowledgeable about his craft and even took the time to educate me about a few things.
He efficiently completed all tasks I requested and got me up and running in no time! He offered additional services available to me through the company and even made a call to get me estimates.

Yesterday, I had my hot water heater, pressure relief valve and cut-off valve replaced by Nathan from Allgood Plumbing . Nathan's service was outstanding. He completed the installation in almost exactly the time he estimated it would take. He was very professional and cortious. He went through all the details of the installation, operation and maintenance of the valves and tank with me. I like the fact that they backup their labor with a 1 year, "no questions asked" warranty, but I don't think I'll need it! I know this sounds like a commercial for them, but the quote and work was very good. Allgood, was one of three quotes I got for this installation, because I had installed the old tank 17 years ago myself and that, reluctantly, wasn't going to be an option. Everything from the evaluation and quote by Aaron to the installation by Nathan was perfect and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning, Aaron was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The two installers for the water heater were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, worked well together and shared with me their expert knowledge of the operation of the water heater as well as tips in the care of it. I am very pleased! Great job to the installers and to the rest of the Allgood Plumbing team! Highly recommend these guys!

At first I was not happy with the dispatched person I spoke to. He was rude because of my lack of knowledge. However when Montavious Johnson got to the house his attitude made a big difference. He listened to me. He was kind. I promise if you look up the word Compassionate you should see his name right there. He explained everything to me the good and the bad. He was very optimistic about everything. His efficiency was top tier. I have no complaints at all. If I ever call this company again I will be sure to ask for Montavious Johnson. If he is not available I'll wait until he is. Thank you very much Montavious for the best service every. Keep it up. I pray one day you own your own company.

These guys were awesome. Called in the morning on a Sunday and they came out in just a few hours. Didn't sugarcoat what I was going to need and set up for someone to come out and give me an estimate that same day. Highly recommended for all your r plumbing and HVAC needs.

Eric was really great! He was courteous, thoughtful and fixed the toilet perfectly. And, he rescued a cat - he was so kind and we wouldn’t hesitate to call Allgood Plumbing again! They came in no time flat, too!

Had a slab leak and was stressed about it. Called Allgood and the ladies in the office were very polite and emphatic with my situation. Jaron came out told me what was going on. Called All Good plumbing after attempting to fix a shower issue and realized it was probably best to call someone who knew what they were doing. From my first interaction over the phone until the technician left my house, I had a very professional and pleasant experience. Matt explained all possible issues, explained what to expect, inspected the shower and tested water pressure on faucets. He was very professional, on time and offered to look at anything else I had concerns with in the house. I am very satisfied with the service and work done.

I was without hot water and called Allgood this afternoon for a water heater repair and they had a technician here in a few hours. He found a leak in my crawl space that was draining my water heater and repaired it quickly. Matthew was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I totally recommend Allgood.

Got an upgraded water heater replacement from 40 to 50 gallons and had some pipe work done from the inlet. Very happy with how it turned out and the work completed. Was able to learn a lot from Rashawn and overall a happy customer.
