I surely appreciate Kroger.
I do not understand so many complaints when we all know that after 2020 people is not going for this type of jobs. Some people learned how to make money dancing. This is a great place to shop! There is one thing I don’t like from any store, not just Kroger. Paying: I leave my cash behind and as technology goes, less cashiers. But we have no choice but to go with changes. I only consume Rice Dreams Milk, which can be occasionally challenging to find in stock. I bought one at this Kroger yesterday, only to discover later that it had expired in September. Since this Kroger is more than 15 minutes away from my location, I wasn't pleased with the prospect of returning to exchange it for a fresh one.

Today, with my purchase receipt, my initial intention was to request speaking with the manager. However, I ultimately decided to approach the representative at the front counter. Jessica, the representative, was very pleasant, and she not only apologized but also expressed surprise at the extent of the milk's expiration. I received a refund for my purchase and was also given a $5 Kroger gift card to buy a replacement milk. I would like to extend my gratitude to Jessica for her assistance.

A large, quality Kroger. Beware, as of 8/8/2020, cleaning supplies are still virtually out of stock. Toilet paper, on the other hand, is plentiful. Good luck and godspeed.

Best Kroger ever! Always fast lines even when crowded. Almost always fully stocked and has hard to find stuff . I’d go out of my way to come to this grocery store. Luckily I don’t have to :)

Update: "Paul" at Customer Service provided me with excellent service when I needed a money order and was having an issue with my bank. Very patient, professional, and courteous.

A co-worker purchased me whole bean Pike Place coffee and I stopped by the Starbucks stand inside the store and had the coffee processed. Thanks Starbucks!

I like shopping at this Kroger's because it is clean and cashiers are friendly.

Very nice updated and clean Kroger. Bonus has a Starbucks and a DMV Kiosk in it! Love this store!!

So many brands and products to choose from. You can also clip coupons online to maximize savings and a kroger store card is free to get. Produce is good quality but selection is sometimes limited.

Always clean and orderly. The S. Hairston location is trash. Total zoo.

This Kroger is always well stocked, special sales ongoing (online and in the store) and consistently friendly cashiers. Onsite Starbucks is a real treat too!

Larger store than the Lawrenceville highway store. Arranged differently takes some getting used to. Has some merchandise the LH doesn't. However doesn't carry some merchandise the other store does (ex. seafood salad). Not as many markdowns also. More heavily shopped so crowded many times. Has Starbucks inside store and a stand alone sushi bar with knowledgeable preparer and a larger selection of prepared dishes.

Our local Kroger - great store, always clean and prices are fair.
Special note for D'nya in the checkout lane. This young lady helped a single mother with her complicated purchase with patience & professionalism! She was never rude, had a genuine smile the whole time and made her customer feel worthy as a human being!! I was next in line and told her how proud I was of her and her actions. Well done young lady!!!

The people in this pharmacy are awesome. Very professional, kind, and efficient. Seriously not kidding. I think it is mostly because the Pharmacists are good therefore the support staff is also good. Go to this one because it also has a drive thru. Don’t go to the one @3050 Five Forks Trickum. Those folks don’t even know how to smile.

I had a great and friendly interaction with the nice young lady at the Pharmacy drive up window. I apologize but I forgot her name. I've always been impress with the level of service I've received from the Pharmacy staff whether I call in with questions or walk up to the counter. Today was the first time using the drive up window. Keep it up Kroger Pharmacy staff. Now if we could get the grocery store team members on board that would be great!

I have visited many Krogers. Rarely is there anything of notoriety, but the meat men of this Kroger are impeccable at their trade. I personally witnessed them extinguish a rat infestation. They are passionate about their work. One man in particular, Walker, is the best among them. If you ever get the privelege of seeing this man at work, commend him.

The deli department here is by far the best of all the Kroger's in the area...I ALWAYS get chicken here at least 3-5 times a week. My husband is super pleased. I love the customer service. Chef pierre,Gabrieal and actually All the staff there make my experience with the drive out of my way to come There ,exceptional.
If ever I look forward to going to.. it's there at the Stone mountain Kroger. Good attitudes!

As a WIC participant I was helped friendly by the staffs without frowning like other stores I’ve used my wic at. I love how they listen and answer my questions without acting indifferently.

I love this grocery store! They have plates, kitchen appliances, a sandwich/soup/salad/sushi bar, Starbucks, toys, school supplies, and a pharmacy. They also have click list at this location to order online and pick up to avoid having to shop. The place is clean and the employees are great.
