We enjoy this location! It’s easy spot for the whole family. The kids love the play area, it’s good for the adults in the main area too. Food is great. Staff is helpful. Bathrooms are clean!

This is my favorite Chick fil- a. I stopped going to the one on Pleasant Hill. The line at this one always moves at a decent pace. The employees are great with taking orders and pleasant. Many are teens but they hear and take orders very well. The food is always fresh. Lastly the operations manager sends out rewards for free food at this location on the app if you’re a member. I really appreciate that.

I had an issue with my order that was placed through delivery. The restaurant was very very helpful in fixing it and was able to give me a few rewards for my issues going on. I greatly appreciate Leah and how awesome her customer services appreciate her kindness her positivity and her helpfulness.

I was covering for one of our drivers while he was out sick. Recuperating around the holidays plus I got done with his route early and I was able to get by here to have breakfast on my way back in from my run. I enjoyed it. Thank you and I hope and pray. Everybody had a wonderful Merry Christmas and a wonderful, Happy New Year.

I have found lately that the buns don't hold up in the sandwich form. I ended up eating my chicken burger with a knife and fork. However the rest of the food is very good.

I love the Lilburn Chick-fil-A! The crew members are always friendly, and the service is super quick whether you order through the drive-thru, carry out, curbside or dine in! I highly recommend this location.

Lilburn's location went above and beyond to accommodate our needs last minute for my 3yr old & 17 yr old bday party. We are very thankful for Shannon in the catering department. We are also impressed with Ms.Cindy whom was there at the time of our event, she was amazing, went out her way to make sure we were ok and that everything we ordered through catering was received at event. She is an extremely hard working individual not only was she assisting us but we also saw how she multi tasked to take care of different incidents that day and restaurant itself. We know how overwhelming and exhausting it can get but no matter what Ms.Cindy ALWAYS had a beautiful smile on her face and made us feel welcomed and at ease. We want to THANK EACH 1 OF U ALL 4 MAKING THIS POSSIBLE. I'm sure my son will remember this as he gets older THEY LUV CHIKFILA especially the FRIES. many blessings and keep up the good vibes and positive energy.

The service is second to none and the food tastes good and fresh. On my last visit - Friday 6:45 PM - the inside wasn't as clean as my previous visit and the table and seat wasn't as clean either. An employee asked how everything were and if we needed a drink refill.

The drive-thru lines moved quickly, and the food was hot and delicious

This is the first time where the dining hall host was nowhere to be fond. Chick Fill A is famous for their Dining Hall Host, which makes the experience welcome. Usually, they ask, "Do you want a refill? Do you want me to retreat your tray? Not this time. The host was outside sweeping the parking lot.

The staff are friendly, helpful and patient. Your order is prepared pretty quickly and taste great. Depending on the time you go there can be a long line at the drive thru.

Food was great as always. staffs were friendly as well.

This is one of my go-to places for lunch! The food is usually fresh, the staff are friendly, and so far I haven't had a bad experience.

Most importantly the service is quick enough so that you're not stuck in line

Chick-fil-a is always the best when it comes to customer service and quality food, and I'm sure everyone is aware of that. This location though, my favorite location and the closest to me. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Every single person. They always have a smile on their face, even if they may be having a bad day. Also enjoyed the free biscuit that I received today by using their app. Thank you cfa!

Incredible restaurant and staff. Being a teacher in the area, I've been lucky to teach MANY current and former employees of this Chick-fil-A. The breakfast and lunch rushes are MASSIVE but, somehow, their calm and poised manner keeps up and they make it seem like it's not that busy. I'm sold!

Great, friendly, safe service curbside. Service seems slower in drive through; they take orders quicker but traffic merges into one lane to get food. I also noticed orders taken at the counter were processed faster than online orders
