We had the best service and food today in a long time. Micheal was our server. Food was great, service was better. We left a 10 dollar tip on a fifty dollar bill. Good job Micheal. It’s about time the servers understood the assignment. You deserved this review. So thanks for your service and we will be back. People like Micheal give hope to restaurants making it no matter how expensive food cost get……..

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s in Hickory, NC, and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively, setting the stage for a delightful meal.

Our waitress, April, was an absolute gem. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of throughout our meal, and her warm smile made us feel right at home.

As for the food, it was simply delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the main course, every bite was a treat for the taste buds. It’s clear that Chili’s takes pride in using quality ingredients and delivering mouthwatering dishes to their customers.

Overall, our visit to Chili’s in Hickory was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service from April and the scrumptious food made it an unforgettable dining experience. My husband and I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Chili’s for a meal that is sure to impress! We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary!

We went to Chili's last night to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful meal and the restaurant gave us a complimentary piece of cheesecake for our anniversary! Matt was our server and he was awesome! Very nice experience! Will definitely be back!

Everyone here was so nice!! I've never been to this location. We usually go to the Winston Salem Location and this Hickory location is by far the best one!! The food was excellent! Service was wonderful! Even the customers here were so much nicer! This was a random Thursday evening so I don't know if weekends are the same but it was great! Looking forward to going back to Hickory so we can eat at Chili's again!

My cousin and I decided to enjoy some lunch here. The waitress was fantastic. Attentive and friendly. We both ordered the mini burgers with fries and o got mashed potatoes. Quick service but efficient. My burgers were a bit too well done but good nonetheless. The fries were fantastic, though. Chips and salsa were good but salsa was spicy hot. We had a wonderful experience here

Great service from an overworked and under appreciated staff. These reviews are ridiculous. Everyone is under staffed. If you're too sorry to fix your own food then be grateful to the staff who has probably worked everyday for weeks due to nobody else to cover shifts. They work themselves to death to provide food to whiney people that can't wait an extra 15min for their food. Our food has always been great and the staff at this location has always tried to be 5 star despite being yelled at all day long. And the reason that phone is hard to get through is because the food is great and half of hickory is too sorry to cook. So they're constantly ordering to go orders. Be grateful and respectful to a staff that is trying their best despite a short staff.

Had a great time at this weekend spot for chilll and casual fun.Our Server Benjamin was amazing, extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the menu ! Drinks were delicious and on point definitely get a buzz 🐝 The Food was nice and Hot

The food was really good didn't have to wait a long time for food or a seat very family friendly so go and check them out you will not be disappointed and the staff are really nice to so go and check them out

Delicious! No wait. Our server was extremely nice with a big personality. Cheesecake was amazing. Corn was super fresh. Mashed potatoes were seasoned spot on.

Absolutely awesome, attentive service staff on our visit. Food at Chili's is always good but service can be spotty. Not here. Our wait person was a 10 yr Chili's vet, and it showed! Looking forward to a return trip in the future because of her service.

We had their new chicken sandwich it was suppose to have blue cheese crumbs, but had blue cheese salad dressing on it instead. They had it so cold in there that the fries were hot when they came out, but got cold right away. We also ordered chips and salsa. The chips were so greasy that you could not eat them and stock together. Everyone was sending them back and still getting charged for them. These are what the chips looked like.

Great service every visit. Server checks on you all during meal. Little mixup with food, but quickly straightened out. Good food, quiet atmosphere, perfect for conversation with friends. Always visit when In Hickory.

Need a place to meet after work to wind down, grab some food and relax? This is a great spot to do just that. The menu does not disappoint and the drinks are right on the money.

Stopped otw home. They were busy the day after Christmas. Our waiter was very nice and respectful. Lady's bathroom was decent. The food tasted as expected (good) my spite soda was flat so I changed it to dr pepper. I will come again

Overall everything was good. The service started out great, but started slipping towards the middle, but got better @ the end. I ordered my burger medium rare, and they cooked it correctly. The mayo they use on it is a kind of spicy mayo, or @ least to me it was, but the while thing together had great flavor. The bacon was pretty crispy too, so that was nice, you get bacon in every bite instead of only on the 1st bite. We did the 2 for $25 with the "Just bacon burger" and "chicken tenders". Everything was well prepared and flavorful. One of the sauces was a sweet and spicy honey sauce, it has a very nice flavor. We were there around 3:00 on Monday afternoon and the place was fairly busy, so that's a good indicator that it's a good place to eat. Give it a try, you shouldn't be disappointed .

I had given up on Chili's in many locations but my husband wanted to go on the way home from Boone so we stopped at the Chili's in Hickory, NC. This location was EXCELLENT and fast and servers were very attentive and the food was great. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Chilli's. I ordered a plate with a half rack of ribs and a brisket quesadilla and let me tell you what it was great. Ribs fell right off the bone. The flavor was outstanding for all of my food. The service and atmosphere is great.

Great place super fast with the food, I really appreciate as a doordash driver, and that girl in pickup yes as she's awesome and the best in all of hickory

Amanda and Sarah are wonderful. I came in about 45 minutes before they closed and both of them were more than happy to serve me. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was able to get what I want. I hate to be the guy that goes into restaurants last minute, but they had absolutely no problem serving me. The food was even more amazing and they have some great conversations to go with it. I will definitely be back just because of them two and I recommend this chili's to anyone who stops in to eat. Be sure to ask for those two ladies because they really will make it worth your visit. Thanks ladies and I look forward to seeing you guys again very soon! 10 out of 10 stars!
