Belk is moving to a more plausible offering for every walk of life in clothing - and for every age! Plus, their sale options are becoming more common with greater savings values!

Associate was very friendly & helpful. Belks does need to have more register open . Even at Christmas they had no where near registers for customer service.

We shopped at Belk Hickory, 11/5/2023. We received excellent service from Cindy @ register 134 in the Men’s Department. She was so pleasant and helpful. We were so impressed that we wanted to acknowledge her.

It a good store they still don't have anything on Dillard's but the perfumes r a diff story

They have one of the nicest workers ever, I think her name was Crystal, not too sure, but took great care of me and my friends.

Nice experience today. The few stuff members who were available were very friendly and helpful. They definitely needed more staff. People could not find anyone to even take their payments for purchases they wanted.

They have a great bra sale going on. I found a good bra for myself. So now I feel like I'm 21 and not saggy 86.(lol) They have a huge clearance in all departments. I know summer is around the corner, but they do have jackets on clearance that are name brand for 75%off. So I suggest ladies and gentlemen head to Belk and enjoy there nice clearance before it's all gone.

Went shopping for bras and found just what I needed. Very pricey but good bras are expensive sadly anywho I got $106 off my purchase

This was my 1st time going to Belk and I liked it from first site! Very clean and organized store. Pretty good sales and I will be back!

The good brick and mortar store and they usually have pretty decent deals. However, if you have to pay full retail it sucks. Missing a sale means you missed a sale. They will not bend. The store is always clean. People are usually friendly and they have lots and lots of stuff to look through.

Looking for a bathing suit cover for my mother and the sales person was very helpful with suggestions and explained a sale that was starting so we got a good price. Checkout was fast and efficient

I'm a loyal customer and would recommend Belk to anyone. Always great customer service and it's selection of clothes, Clinique , a wide variety of household items just to name a few. Proud to be a long time customer.
