We were Hickory, which is where the closest Sheetz is, and decided to stop by for a quick snack. My boyfriend and I shared a premium appetizer sampler with cheesy bacon tater bombz, fried pork stickerz, and Wisconsin cheese bites. I also got a made to order hot dog with ketchup on it. We ordered online using the Sheetz app, which has some good coupons and deals. The food was ready for us, and I did not realize I had to pay for it first before I got it- but that makes complete sense. I paid for the food and we took it outside and sat down. The food was delicious, and the app sampler is a great item to try different things and share them with others.

I stopped here to get gas and to visit the ladies' room.

Sheets has never disappointed by ALWAYS having clean restrooms.

For travelers, clean restrooms are a gift!!

Sheetz has been the most reliable franchise that I have found with clean restrooms.

This may seem like a minor thing, but to many, IT'S A BIG DEAL!!!

Great place to pick up a quick lunch while on a road trip. The California Cobb Salad was really good. My daughter enjoyed ham and cheese on a croissant and mozzarella sticks. Also quick place to fill up with fuel at a great price.

An employee by the name of Misty was an absolute sweetheart to me, they were so helpful and unbelievably kind, I was taken a back by how awesome they were, and how awesome this store was. Every moment I spent in this station was life-changing. If I could, I would live at this sheetz, good job everybody I’m so proud.

Cannot rave enough about this gas station, The staff is so unbelievably friendly. Especially wanna give a shot out to k j. I came in looking for a charger and adapter and had no clue what I was doing, He stopped what he was doing to help me .

I'm a third shift worker that travels all over the state, this is some of the best made to order food I've had at a Sheetz. It's definitely a lot better than the one two exits down, if you're in hickory, this is the one to go to for sure.

Great pricing on most items. Great food for on-the-go travelers. Excellent rewards card program and discounts at the pumps. Very clean store and extremely friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend to locals and travelers, alike, for a fair and friendly convenience stop. Five stars from this Sheetz Fan.

Very good gas station/convenience store. Extremely clean and well stocked inside. Prices are competitive, you can’t ask for much more from a convenience store in Hickory.

I love this chain of gas stations! Always clean and the staff are so friendly. Some are much larger than others but they all are great. They allow you to order food via touch screen and its delicious and quick. You can customize it and they are always happy to help. Some have ice cream available with a selection of toppings for a set price, a row of slushie flavors and a soda fountain with many choices. They run many deals often and usually can find something for everyone on your road trip! I won't stop at any other gas station when I know Sheetz is around!!!

Went to this Sheetz on 12/27/21 to pick up an assortment of spring waters for a project (we found 7 here). Also filled up the tank—cheapest gas I've seen in a while, by at least 10¢/gallon.

Sanitation wise, there were single-use gloves by each pump for customers to use. Directly inside the doors, there were disposable masks, as well as masks in various places throughout the store. There was hand sanitizer by the shopping baskets. The store itself was very tidy and clean.

Only one MTO kiosk was open but the employees were pumping out orders quickly. Opted to instead get a self-serve Sheetz Bros. coffee, which was delicious. The biodegradable straws they have are not the paper or cardboard ones some places are using; they are compostable straws made from cornstarch that hold up to hot beverages.

The pièce de résistance was the wonderful cashier who checked us out. She was absolutely the most pleasant person, and a wonderful representative of customer service for Sheetz.

This is an up and coming gas station that is putting convenience stores on notice. Their stores are very well laid out with everything you could ask for. They have sandwiches Made To Order from a kiosk and a large selection of drink options. Stop by and check them out.

Sheetz is my favorite convenience store of all times. Not only is the coffee in the food at the best I've ever had in a gas station or convenience store but the stores are always clean and roomy. Unfortunately there's new sheets and my area of Western North Carolina. So anytime I get to stop at the one in Hickory it is like a treat. It definitely beats the likes of QT or Spinks any others that you find in the south

Favorite western NC Sheetz location. Quick and easy to access from east I-40 or west I-40. Lots of gas pumps for your fuels ups. Large, clean restrooms. Of course great made-to-order foods and lots of other snacks and drinks.

Not only because it's the only place open at that time, but at 2 a.m., it's a great place to go and have some variety over greasy fast food you can get at a burger joint. They have a decent variety to choose from, so going a couple of nights in a row doesn't hurt.

Great gas station! Quick fill ups, solid selection of food and snacks available inside! 24 hour service is unbeatable and free air for your tires is always appreciated!
