Graystone Eye-Hickory

Graystone is not only a place where you can go get medical advice from very qualified doctors but it's also a family generated office that has a way to make you feel comfortable while you sit there and wait to be seen. There is a sweet lady also a the main entrance that lets you know where you need to be and that's very comforting to me because I would of been lost if she was there to great people. I had no problem with them taking my insurance which was also really nice. The nurse my I also add was very friendly and comforting. Just an all out good experience.

Dr. Richard Chang performed the first of two cataract surgeries on 12/20/23. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chang. He makes you feel comfortable as soon as he meets you! Very caring and professional. See why he gets high reviews. Absolutely AWESOME! Would rate him a 10+. Will get my second eye surgery next week. No fear at all this time around. The entire staff was friendly, personable and helpful. I can see why Graystone Eye Center in Hickory is top notch.

Everyone were very knowledgeable and professional. I see the best I have seen in 40 years without glasses. I'm looking forward to having surgery now on my right eye to get my vision at it's best. I will only need reading glasses when all completed.

Dr. Chang is great from the day I walked into his office and he looked at my eyes he knew right away what needed to be done and started treatment. I was not given the run around. And the wait time is great it is so nice not having to wait 2-3 hours past your appt time to be seen.
The staff seems knowledgeable they are quick at check in you in and check-out.

Graystone Eye Center made it possible for me to see clearly again it’s a very clean and knowledgeable facility and the staff and my Dr Paschall are the kindest I had Cataract surgery in both eyes. The surgery Center were all so kind and helpful to me. I felt so comfortable. It was not painful at all This is where you should go for check ups and especially if you need surgery. 100% all true

I had cataract surgery on my left eye Mon. Feb. 5th. Oh!-My!-Goodness!! What a BLESSING!! I will be having the right done on Feb. 26th with Dr. Oursler and team. I just can't say enough what a blessed experience this has been from the beginning!!😁💜🙏

I was referred to this office by my family eye doctor with an obstruction in my eye sight. After a few treatments, the sight obstruction disappeared and my vision has stabilized. These are good, kind people that are competent and caring.

Me and my husband has had many procedures done floaters removed artificial lens put in., as checked and glasses received from them so far, they’ve been pretty nice to us as a joke would like to have as would like to have a discount ha ha good service thank you so much

Thank you to the Dr and nurses who cared for my mother. The facilities are beautiful as well as comfortable while you’re waiting and there were lots of handicap accessible parking spots near the front entrance.
