I had purchased a Ego mower 10 months ago. The battery would not charge. Kory was so nice and professional handling the exchange. So now the new battery is charging. Thanks Kory for your help

This particular store is my adopted home store. It's no frills and the associates actually leave you to your thoughts. I don't know if that is your bag, but sometimes I prefer the associates to not come asking if I need help.

Brick fire oven Food truck at Lowes hardware in Hickory, was excellent, nice flavors, we tried the 3 mushrooms special of the Dat with local mushrooms from Hickory farmers market. Also got the Mediterranean minus the olive for me, and added sausage, and the rosemary bread sticks with added cheese.

The gentleman that was helping me was very hospitable. He went out of his way to help me and I so appreciate that. He helped me and gave his opinion on faucets for me and less water usage. I really gave him questions but he was up for the challenge. I really appreciated it very much.

This s our Second Home, as we run our own Handyman Service. Custome Service at our local Lowes is always the best!

My favorite Lowe’s in the area. Always has what I need and never to busy. The staff can not be more helpful.

Great hometown home improvement center. They have the greatest staff that is very courteous and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Lowe's of Viewmont. The store is very clean and well stocked.

Just had to share this I recently purchased a fridge here and had it delivered by the delivery service 3rd party one at that and it turned out to be a disaster it was left still wrapped and upon unwrapping it was crushed all to pieces. I was on the phone 3 days numerous times with no answers. I then went to the store and talked to Sean the Manager he tried calling as well and they put him on hold, never did answer. I was able to do an exchange for refund and purchase another one and was very pleased with the results from him and his team Gordon and Aaron . That 3rd party stuff is for the birds! Nothing like good old fashion face to face business.

Incredible customer service from any and all Lowes staff members. Very impressed with all staff members!!!!

Was trying to find a somewhat unusual bit to remove a fastener. It was a tamper proof Torx T-15. This was the only place I could find it. The sales associate spent a good amount of time locating it for me. This isn't the only time I have relied on Lowes to have an unusual or uncommon part or accessory. They do a good job for a big box store at carrying a wide assortment of items.

I made two purchases today. Miss Norma was so nice and so helpful. She made me feel special. She made Lowes look better than good. Her coworker Heather was also very helpful. Unfortunately this has not been the norm on previous visits. They both deserve a raise. They did the work of two employees each. Thanks girls!!! You are amazing!!!!!!!

My family just bought a house that needs a lot of work, and Pablo in the paint department was wonderful. He approached us ready to help and gave us some great insights and tips that helped a lot! We also asked for a custom paint color that wasn't in their options, and he had it ready exactly how we wanted it in a few minutes! Great experience--definitely excited to frequent this store now that we're settling in.

I just want to say thank you to Kyle, Eric and Carla for taking care of my problem with a brand new washer! Very impressed with those people. Great service!!!

The staff in Viewmont and Hickory are def 5 star! They will always help you find whatever you need! Store is clean and they have people that check you out and am glad to load your purchase anytime!
