Publix Super Market at Lake Hickory Crossings

I love this store, I go out of my way to shop here! They have good produce and meats. As well as a beautiful variety of flowers, for reasonable prices! Plus they have a lot of sales that are buy one get one free, so awesome savings on groceries and household needs! And the cashiers are so nice and helpful!

I am a Publix Super fan— coming from Florida. Visiting this Publix, I have to say they should win awards. We visited late in the evening right before closing and the store was immaculate. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such straight lines on all the shelves—Everything was fronted. Sales associates were diligently working. We were greeted by different associates throughout the isles. The store was very clean. They had everything we needed. I miss Publix in our travels. Wells done to all the store employees!!!

Everyone was so nice,I don't shop here but I had to attend a funeral at last minute and need banana pudding for afterwards and they so kindly made it for me at last minutes notice.I couldn't hardly walk they offered to get me a motorized wheelchair and carry the food to car for me.I wish I would have gotten there names but I didn't.I was in there I think about 9:15-9:30,do thank them again for me.Debbie Baker

A really good place to go food shopping and they have a really good product selection and the deli has a lot to choose from and they have a big selection of cheese and the staff are very nice and helpful so if you haven't tried them yet go and check them out when you have to go grocery shopping or if you just want a good sub sandwich go and check them out you will not be disappointed

I went here to shop for an event i was hosting. The staff, specifically in the deli were very helpful. I had a tall order and they handled it well for being spur of the moment. Great customer service. Clean store.

The manager, Cody, went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my last-minute Thanksgiving needs after my order was canceled by Instacart (a 3rd party shopping service). Although Publix is not responsible for making good what Instacart failed to do, Cody stepped in & helped me find what I needed during a very hectic day before a holiday. Aside from excellent customer service, this location is beautifully merchandised & very clean. I love shopping here.

It's very clean and the people are awesome and the quality of the food especially the meats and fruits and vegetables are the best. It's the best place to shop in town.

Great service! Flowers and bakery are their finest in my opinion! Make sure you try the elephant ears or the apple flips! 😁

It was so great to be able to get my Publix Bakery sourdough bread while visiting family in NC.
Although I wasn't able to get my forgotten medication successfully transferred, it wasn't the fault of Publix or the staff there. It was my Humana Insurance. I wish I would have gotten names for the wonderful pharmacy people who had to deal with me, as I left crying and without my very important medicine. They truly were understanding and worked very hard with me to try to get approval and looked just as defeated as I was because my insurance flagged this out of state transfer of RA medicine 🙄

I love Publix. I drive from another town to shop there. Everything is fresh, great selection and employees very friendly. I don't have to check for expired dates or bad attitudes.Woo Hoo!!! So thankful for Publix in Hickory.

Great service! Friendly staff who will help you find what you need in every department. Premium quality meats and seafood. Gluten free and organics are available too. Try the subs in the deli. They have Boar's Head or the Publix store brand meats and cheeses.

We love how caring and helpful employees are. My husband watched an employee walk in the rain with an umbrella covering a disabled man riding a scooter. He thought someone needs to know how awesome that is to see. I felt very appreciated checking out and Hugh made sure my shopping experience was great.

Who doesn't love Publix? Yes, it's a bit pricey, but when you're looking for a quality meal without paying restaurant prices, look no further. Plus, they have the best cakes, hands down!

This Publix is amazing and for good reasons. The majority of the staff here are helpful, knowledgeable and almost unrealistically kind. That is hard to come by these days. Also, the variety that they product beats most other stores in this level of groceries shopping. Now, are there cheaper options? Of course! Are the more Latin-based food markets? You bet! However, for being a large store covering most of the East and Central USA, they sure know how to please they customers.

Variety of coffee is superb, and they get many points on that alone. But, one thing that sets them apart from the same level competition is, Pricing. They're not the cheapest but they have very good prices and/or competitive prices. They are 4 mins away from my house so, it's always good to have somewhat affordable food at such close range.

Not all is perfect, and if I were to change one thing about this location would be their service hours. Limited! Closing times are ro early every single day of the week and that for me is a bummer because there have been times that I need to buy and item and end up buying it at the competition at higher price. But, still a great place to visit... during business hours!!!

Publix is a great experience and my family usually travels 20+ minutes to this store
