Jessica was amazing. Truly amazing. When she realized how much I cherish and take care of my 2011 hybrid, she cared for my car and it's maintenance as much as I do! 🙏 She told me exactly the problem that was happening with my car, how much it would cost, and then she got it done.... quickly. I will always take my car to Mostly Import Auto Repair. It's truly the best auto repair shop in western NC. There's no one better!🙌🙌

Very happy with my experience here and working with Jessica and Theresa and crew. They replaced a rear wheel bearing, bearing seal, and starter on my 2008 4runner about six months ago and it is running great. Jessica gave me a few different options and worked with me on repair costs. Plan on returning here in the future.

I rarely take the time to review a business that I use. It’s rare this day and time to experience, not only excellent, but exemplary service. I have been trying to find a respectable older high mileage Tacoma. At a decent price. And this is a TALL task certainly. I mean I’m driving myself crazy. And I need guidance. I have experienced great help, great patience, and very informed feedback. Mostly Automotive has saved me numerous thousands on what I was SURE was the one. Not just once now, but 3 times. Big shout out to Levi !! I don’t know what I don’t know and can’t see what I can’t see. Well they can . . . Thorough and Comprehensive. Kind but Direct. 5 stars all day long.

I would like to give a big shout out to the staff and mechanics that worked on my truck! I have never felt safer and excited to have my 20 year old Tundra running this great! Excellent service and affordable!

Jessica at the front desk here saved me. I was visiting from out of state and my car to my horror started to have a leaky head gasket. She taught me how to check oil levels, and gave me the encouragement that the car could make it home, but just to keep eye on temp gauge. She told me I could call her from the road anytime, but luckily I made it home fine. Thanks Jessica!

I've brought all of my cars to them and they have always done me right. Honest and dependable. The employees took over after the owners retired last year, and haven't missed a beat. They've been so good to me over the years.

Although the prognosis for my 2014 Subaru (and its transmission) was ultimately dim, Mostly Auto (and especially the sweet, intelligent woman at the front desk) were caring, honest and respectable on the phone and during my short appointment. I truly appreciated the honest lens on dependable vehicles, transmissions and advice on my next purchase. Thank you!

After years of taking my car to Toyota for maintenance, I went to Mostly for an oil change and a second opinion on a $1200 estimate (check engine light had been on) from Toyota. Turns out, there was nothing wrong at all. Likely the gas cap, and the other issue that had been previously quoted was nonexistent. I was very impressed by the honesty from everyone there. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, and they didn’t. Will definitely be taking my car to Mostly from now on for future maintenance/repair. Highly recommend!

Excellent mechanics and A+ customer service! For the past 5 years, Mostly Automotive has basically been helping me rebuild my 98 Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be any happier with their work. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and always on schedule. Awesome!

Just moved into area and needed to have my 10 yr old Nissan repaired. I was worried about being able to find a repair shop that I could trust and feel comfort and comfortable with. I was not disappointed with MAR and will not hesitate to take my vehicle(s) back for any needed service. The receptionist was very pleasant (enjoyed the banter), and the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a few hours at a very reasonable price.

As someone who's always had at least one "project car" at any given time (and who's spent a lot of time and money on mechanics), Mostly Auto is by far and away the best shop I've had the pleasure of working with.

These guys (and girls) are the best ever. So open and honest about work to be done, and what's (truly) necessary for your car, that it sometimes still takes me by surprise since the norm nowadays is to (instead) "take you for a ride". What a nice contrast they are to the rest. I can't recommend them enough for your car repairs and opinions.

It's great to find honest mechanics. Not much chance I will be going back to the dealership, because they wanted to charge over $600 for a 60,000 mile checkup after completing the oil change. At Mostly Automotive it was $100. Service was also fast and friendly.

Great shop and good people. I have used them for the past 12 years on all of my vehicles and they do a great job. If something is not perfect or to your satisfaction, they will work to get it right. They are honest and trustworthy - something you cannot say about all garages.
