I am relatively new in town and have had some less than perfect hair experiences. I am very pleased with the perfect haircut Atia just gave me after listening to my desires. I am very particular! She is an artist, and I knew I was in good hands. The salon is beautiful and very peaceful. Parking was easy.

Most of the reviews are years old. So I would like to leave a more current one. I take my haircut and styling needs to Chloe. She is fantastic in her skill and a wonderful conversationalist, when initiated by me. The shop has a nice atmosphere with no boom box "music." A joy.

Great Salon, wonderful service and good location with easy parking. I love what a great job Casey does on my hair. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had. Whether it is a cut, color, highlights or styling my hair always comes out looking beautiful. Plus, she is a pleasure to visit while she works her magic. The whole team there is very nice and customer focused. If you are sensitive to strong smells, there are no strong odors in the salon - even with hair coloring.

My wife of 48 years has been traveling all the way to Chapel Hill N.C., to do her hair cuts and color. We were referred to Atia by my sister. I have to say, she was wonderful. My wife's hair and color was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend her.

After having Sam at Salon Intuition cut and color my hair, I will never go anywhere else. From the first consult, she walked me through what my hair could and couldn’t handle, while also working toward what I wanted for my hair.

This is honestly the first time I’ve had a hairdresser that has taken the time to do so. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional - I have thin, fine hair and needed someone that has her level of attention to detail and care.

Samantha Rose is absolutely wonderful. She has been helping me with my crazy hair since 2012. She is open to my questions, patient with my uncertainty at times and always works a miracle. My curly fine hair takes a special stylist and Sam knows just what to do! Salon Intuition provides a relaxing upscale yet fun atmosphere.

I have been going to Samantha Rose for over two years now. When she moved to Salon Intuition I didn't hesitate to go with her and have loved the atmosphere there. Sam managed to revive my hair after it had been destroyed by another stylist, created a beautiful style for my wedding day that not only held up in the rain but remained beautiful for the entire event thereafter and she took my long hair to short when the time came, making the much needed transition smooth, stylish and easy to care for. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs from everyday to special events.

I moved to Asheville last year, and to the USA 4 years ago (from the UK), Sam is the first hairdresser I’ve found in that entire time who I know will do a good job with my hair. She listens to what I want, gives great advice and does an event better job. I always leave the salon really happy with what she’s done and people always compliment me on my hair so there’s some extra recognition 😊. The salon itself is always immaculate and the other members of staff are always polite and welcoming. Great place to go!

I've always been particular about my hair since it is long and every hairdresser in this town and just forever has always wanted it chop it off!

Since I've been going to Sam (the past 4 years or so) she has kept my hair long and healthy! I will not see anyone else.. like ever.

The salon is beautiful and clean! I love the products they use! They offer me wine (the best)! I highly recommend Salon Intuition (and sweet little Sam).

She was great at listening, offering ideas, and creating the best cut I have had in many years and...for a reasonable price :) She patiently and skillfully helped begin to fix the many issues my hair had from previous cuts and colors. Absolutely love Micheline @Salon Intuition! She has been cutting & coloring my hair for the last 4 years. She loves what she does & it shows every time I leave the Salon. She's an excellent colorist & takes such pride & care in her cuts...she pays such close attention to every little detail. She listens to what I want but, guides me through the process and tactfully let's me know if my choice for the day is not going to come to fruition. I come out of the Salon feeling confident & happy w/my cut & color every time! And isn't that what we all want?!

I moved to the area last year & had been putting off finding a new stylist... making trips back to my old stylist when I could. I have curly hair and have had horrible experiences with folks in the past saying they knew what to do with locks - but to my dismay they did not! I finally bit the bullet and scheduled with Casey who was referred to me. Casey is amazing! She took her time talking with me beforehand and she has a great understanding of not only curls, but just how different & individualized curls are - that they all have a life of their own! She even taught me new techniques to get the best out of my curls!

The salon itself is clean & comfortable with minimalist style. Everyone was super warm and welcoming! I will officially name Casey and Salon Intuition as my new hair destination!

Sam is amazing at what she does. She brought life to my long, fine hair and went above and beyond to teach me how to keep my hair looking healthy and great. BEST haircut/color experience of my life! Staff were also super friendly and welcoming. I’ve found my salon home 💕

I have been getting my hair styled by Sam for over two years now and would never think of going to anyone else. She’s dyed my hair so many shades of purple and blue and it always looked perfect. After a year or so of having colorful hair she helped me change it back to my natural color. You would never guess it is dyed because even as it fades between times that I get it touched up it looks so natural. On top of coloring, Sam always does a perfect job trimming my hair just the way I like it. She really is the best!

I have been going to Atia at Salon Intuition for several years now and have never been happier with my hair. She listens so well to what I want - and even though I typically just want what she did last time, she still asks, listens to what I say, and explains to me what she’s going to do. Although I have only been to Atia, I have several friends who go to other stylists at the salon who are also very happy with their results! I’ve seen different ages, styles, and genders at the salon and everyone leaves looking amazing!! The salon itself is comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed. I look so forward to each appointment!!

I have been getting my cut and color done by the salon owner Atia for 10+ years. She is always professional, on time, and friendly. She stays abreast of the latest in hair trends and education. I ALWAYS walk out with a spring in my step and fabulously amazing hair. Her support staff is also amazing and accommodating. I love having the ability to book my appointment online with text reminders...makes setting appointments super easy. Highly recommend Atia and Salon Intuition!

I started going to Sam a few years ago and she's the first and only stylist who was able to tame my cowlick so I could have bangs. I've loved every cut she's given me, and she's full of great tips to help maintain my long hair...this is the first time I've been able to have long, HEALTHY hair thanks to the magic she works and advice she gives on products and upkeep. A++++ salon!

Micheline is a perfectionist! I will never take my grand-daughter anywhere else!! She had very long hair and wanted it short. I searched for an upscale salon carefully and came across salon intuition. I was so pleased! My grand-daughter went in and told Micheline what she wanted and that's what she got along with shampoo and style and blow dry for $35.00!!! I was very impressed and though it's more than the chain salons everyone goes to and gets a 12.00 cut, believe me it is worth the extra. 5 stars Micheline at Salon intuition!

I have straight, fine blonde hair and I am very picky when it comes to haircuts and colors. However, I am never disappointed when I go to Salon Intuition. The atmosphere is cozy and creative with extremely friendly staff. Atia has been cutting and highlighting my hair for years and she always does a miraculous job! I still make the trip from Atlanta for a routine haircut because she is JUST THAT GOOD! She always gives her honest opinion and never fails to lead me in the right direction when it comes to cut, style and color. I highly recommend the team at Salon Intuition, especially Atia!
