Cinnabon

This restaurant is about 95% Schlotzky's and 5% Cinnabon. Their Cinnabon menu is extremely limited. An employee told me they used to have a lot more Cinnabon products, but they didn't sell very well. I didn't actually order anything as the Cinnabon item I wanted (churro swirl) wasn't there, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with 5 stars.

Cinnbon need to change the time they close at night from 10:30pm to 9:00pm. On the website people thinking they open late butt when they get the store close at another time. That's not how you do business. But I can say the food is good 👍🏾Thank you!

This is a Schlotzsky's which sells Cinnabon products also.
The sandwiches are amazing, especially the new smokey cheese option!
Some Schlotzsky's no longer offer a large sandwich, but this one does. Wonderful

We went in on a Saturday morning around 10:30am and they had 2 boxes with 4 rolls in each box. We ask if they had the pecan sticky buns. They replied"no". They did not offer to make more or bring more out. If I owned Cinnabon on long shoals Rd I would be upset.

This not a Cinnabon and the first image posted by the owner is misleading. I am posting a picture of the very small section of Cinnabon that the have and as you can see it is pretty much empty like all the other reviews suggest. This is a sandwich shop that focuses on other things and sells this on the side. This picture was taken around 2:30pm

Google says they close at 10pm, the door says they close at 9pm. I showed up at 8:30 and it was already closed… Waste of time.

Went all the way out there at 7pm.They had no rolls left and no offer to make any more, just a “sorry, we’re out” even though it says online that they close at 10pm. What’s the point of operating a Cinnabon if you don’t even bother to keep the product stocked 3 hours before closing?

This is poorly run. A disgrace really to Cinnabon. Most people would like these in the morning. Doesn’t open until noon. 2 times I waited for them to open the Cinnabon’s were well done to the point of almost burnt. The franchise could do themselves a big favor n get someone to manage that knows how to properly serve the public.

Terrible experience, a very young kid manned the counter seemingly without any training. He didn't look at the customers or ask anyone if he could take their order or anything so people were confused about the process. I think partially because he looked untrained and like he was too young to work there and nobody knew what was going on.
2 other sets of customers were there at that time clearly confused as well.
I finally ordered 3 sandwiches, a pizza and a salad. Once i had finally given my order a lady came out of the kitchen without any face covering, turns out she made the food along with another woman wearing her mask over the mouth only.
The un masked lady came to tell me they were out of the dressing which i hadn't ordered and i took the opportunity to revoke my order for the salad due to her not wearing a mask.

While all this was going on another set of people had walked in wanting to order but since the young gentleman was in the kitchen hanging out with the cooks the couple left.

Not really the way a business should be operated. It doesn't seem the management is worried about covid-19.

The manager was a female with dark skin and hair up in a tight little bun in the back. Has the worst attitude ever. Had no gloves on. I asked why she wasn’t wearing gloves and she got an attitude and shut the window on me. There was one car in front of me and I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through. Didn’t even initially apologize for the wait either. Hands me with no gloves a fork napkin and box. No bag! Yeah I will never, ever come back. Managers like that is why you lose business. You have lost me as a customer! I got my order at 5:25 PM on April 10. It shows on my receipt Eleaza.
