Altar'd State Biltmore Park Town Square

First time ever going and one of the best experiences shopping for clothes I’ve had in years!
Best customer service, super soft clothes and awesome prices! I couldn’t ask for more. For real. Will definitely be back!!

Every time I stroll through Biltmore Park with my wife, it's as if there's a divine force pulling her into this boutique store—and who am I to argue with the heavens? With its trendy clothes at saintly prices and a staff that seems to have a PhD in helpfulness, it's a retail blessing. I've tried, but resisting the urge to enter is, well, a 'holy' challenge!

Amazing associates! Very helpful and sweet! The clothes are so gorgeous. Im tall i struggle finding stuff to fit me right and the pants here are long enough for me and make me look flattering. I plan on going back again!

First, it’s rare that I ever write a review, but because of my experience this week, I couldn’t *not*.

Second, I’m among the few shoppers who really keeps to myself, and I prefer minimal engagement by staff (even though I know they’re great snd super helpful — just my introverted nature). However… I went to Altar’d State yesterday AND today on the hunt for a very specific dress style for an upcoming event. Both days, Keelee approached me to offer some assistance. She was super low-key and not overbearing. Today, she remembered me from yesterday, and we discussed exactly what I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction, let me browse, and made herself available. Once I got to the fitting room, she had another dress picked for me AND the perfect pair of heels in my exact size (like, she’s great, right?) which I’d been looking around the store for. I ended up with the perfect dress and I bought the heels she picked out!

So anyway, just felt like I needed to call out this great experience. Keelee, thank you so much for all your help. Awesome job, super kind and professional! xx

I’ve been looking around for some new places to buy clothing and decided to stop in. I will say this place isn’t exactly my style but I was still able to find a few items that I like. The staff was really friendly. Natalie was an outstanding help and what really sold this place for me honestly. I would return in the future

This is by far the nicest Altar’d State store I’ve ever been to. Very spacious & even has a plus size section! Clothing is modern and beautiful. Yes the store is a bit expensive, but there’s a sale section where you can find great deals. A portion of proceeds benefit children & many other great causes. The added bonus is a super adorable dog :)

My favorite clothing store. I love how comfy the dressing room is. The staff is always so welcoming and willing to help. I get so many complements on the clothes I have from here. My husband enjoys playing with the store dogs while I shop.
