I got an amazing green jacket that was in the front window, which obviously drew me in.. It's gonna make for a great extra Christmas gift for me and at 60% off I got a fantastic deal.

Always clean, thanks to the manager for going into the back and grabbing tights for me that weren't on the floor!

Tim and Sonia were absolutely incredible. I typically get very stressed about shopping for clothes. However, Tim and Sonia were warm, super helpful in putting outfits together and being honest what looked best on me. I felt like I was getting a makeover! I came out with a whole new wardrobe and feeling confident to start the new school year. I would have not been able to do it without them. I’m so thankful!

I have always appreciated LOFT's timeless styles but this recent trip really sealed the deal for me as a customer! Tim and his team were superb! I was looking for an outfit for an upcoming interview and they were all so helpful, personable, and positive. They invested their time into me by helping me find the perfect outfit, dressing for my body style, height, and picking out colors and patterns. It really felt like I was getting the best customer service treatment. The store was clean and dressing rooms were nice. Next time we visit Biltmore Park I will be sure to come back by LOFT. Loved it. The staff here was so welcoming and apologetic once they reached max occupancy as they asked a few customers to wait outside. Once I even overheard one staff member volunteering to wade a lady in while she waited in her car. Outstanding ladies apparel and nice selection for a small sized store. Will visited again for sure.

Staff is always very nice and when I can’t find the size I need in something they always help me order it and have it shipped to my house!

Love this store! The staff has been very helpful and accommodating - even providing assistance in ordering online if sizing or item of interest not available in my size. I like being able to just browse alone, but having help when needed.

Great stuff & sales associate was very helpful. I can't remember her name darn it, because she was nice & helpful as the man that helped me first was not. He was nice but not helpful. The lady that helped me was blond / 50ish? Anyway, she took time with me & actually directed me to the petite section & looked for a smaller size shirt for me. I will go bck because the store was nice, clean & the female store associate was very nice. I wish I could remember her name. Her associate # is:440088. She was great! A+ for her.

The Loft is one of the few places where I can find petite sized clothes to fit me well. I go back frequently because the sales associates are very helpful and always nice. They usually have a sale when I go so I almost never buy anything full price. Great store and great people!

I'm always able to find something at Loft for a special occasion. From jeans to dresses to jewelry statement pieces...and the customer service is wonderful! They always have great sales. Check 'em out! ❤
