The Spa at Éilan

My sister and I came to this spa for a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. The steam room treatment was amazing and the facial, manicure/pedicure I received from Celia was perfection. I highly recommend this spa for top tier relaxation, customer service and professionalism.

I went to the spa. I had Mandi she had magical hands. That massage was worth every penny. I gave her extra on top of the 22 percent they added to the bill. I also did the rasual steam. Love the spa, will definitely return soon.

I had such a wonderful experience! The receptionist was super kind, the place quiet, relaxing, clean, and all the employees professional. I’m already planning my next visit. Valet parking and complimentary drinks were given :) While getting the massage, I was asked how much pressure I wanted, which areas I thought needed more focus, etc. Simply a 10/10

I had gotten a facial and message, and both were heavenly. I felt very relaxed after the message. My only regret was doing the facial after the message. I did add on the champaign and treats, but I did feel that was worth it. Okay, so maybe two regrets. Lol

Came in with a tweaked something or other in my back. Booked same day. Left feeling absolutely Fixed up and refreshed. Didn’t get to stay for the lower inside pool and jacuzzi but snapped a photo for y’all. :)

The Massage: IDA is her name and I low key want to start a go fund me just to make sure I can go back to her as many times as possible. I cannot say enough about her- she treated me like an actual Massage Therapist. She was professional and calm and legit had MAGIC HEALING HANDS. Oof I miss them. 😂 #thankyouida

The Amenities: The showers + relaxation rooms and steam room were beautiful. Best steam room in SA I’ve experienced. The body lotion scent in the makeup area also made me want to give them all of my money. Smallish and chic, those privacy curtains in relaxation rooms should set the standard for others. Oh! And the patio! When it’s not oven like I shall return and pretend I’m in Venice.

Bonus: For parking you valet and get a lil stamp to comp it, so my crusty old mom van also got to live her best life today. Winning. The front desk lady was also sooo sweet and kind.

Bottom line: wonderful place. (I even like it better than the rooms- but would stay in one if I had a spa package.) Bravo spa people!! And tell Ida “Laura the single mom crazy lady” made you go.

Had a great visit and a relaxing spa day, Mindy was a tiny thing but had magical hands that didn't disappoint.

Beautiful property but required valet parking of 40 dollars a night is ridiculous and a cheap TV with a lousy picture and no internet is not a quality of a fancy room. Would not stay again.

My wife and I visited your spa to see the facility and consider booking. Upon arrival you shared that it was impossible to tour your facility because of privacy and respect for your guests. Thus, we could not see the facility. The Loma de Vida spa staff up the road from you provided us with a full tour of their facility, and thus, won our business. May I suggest, if you cannot walk through the locker rooms and facilities out of consideration for your guests, which is understandable, you create a film or slide show on an iPad and allow a visitor to at least see the facility that way.
