Bass Pro Shops

One of my favorite bass pro shops I’ve been to! Really cool displays all over, like a huge waterfall, a North American or African animal mount with the map of its native range beside it, a fun little shooting gallery arcade, food, and all the sporting goods a bass pro offers!

What isn't there to love about Bass Pro shops? There is something for everyone! There are always huge fish to see and displays with animals in each store!

It is like shopping and going to the aquarium/zoo all at once, and it is free to go look!!!

Our son loved stopping here! He bought a new pocket knife, as he couldn’t have one on the plane. First trip to TX and is having a blast! Beautiful waterfall and great store! Thanks for making his trip special!

Love going to my favorite store; Bass Pro Shop at the Rim, in San Antonio. Went there to buy a game cam; as soon as I walked in. There was my Side x Side at the entrance, with a great price attached to it. Tony Gonzales the salesmen, gave me the full description of the utv. He had me sold immediately. Easy and comfortable environment, with no sales pressure. As I loaded it up I noticed the gears were tight. Had it one week and the gears started grinding.
Called and spoke to Al Lopez, the manager. He gave me his word that he will take care of the problem. Towed it back and soon found out the transmission was broken. Al advised me that the part was out of stock. He would get Jet Milan; the one who works on them to order the part straight from the manufacturer. Al swore that i would be priority. I had my doubts and that was Monday. Jet called me personally; told me he would himself take care of the problem as soon as the parts came in, that he would over night the parts.
I was so pissed at the situation, but it wasn’t their fault. Sure enough, parts came in and Jet had my side x side finished, just like they said. I couldn’t be more pleased, so I made another purchase, a winch, just from them taking care of me. I went there to buy a game cam, came out, not only with a side x side, but made friends. Can’t forget Craig Musselman (service dept), John Baillargeon and partner. I Love Bass Pro and will continue to tell friends and family, how I was treated. Bass Pro should know about their employees, that go out of there way to take great care of their customers.

I go through SA every few months, and my only stop is Bass Pro. If there isn't a national shortage on an item, they have it in stock. Each time I find what I need plus I usually leave with 1 or 2 things I didn't know I needed :) When I ask associates a product question, they are always knowledgeable but have gotten someone to come help me because they might be essentially experts in the area. Also, I frequently will ask where an item is because both the store and on-hand inventory are so large. Each time, their smile and kindness stand out. The customer service is A+++!

Lots of boats to ATVs. Bandanas to Uvalde protection shirts. Guns to knives . Skillets to cookers. Bedding to food. Kids clothes to adults even shoes. Hats to gloves. Lots of stuff huge place .
For kids they have outdoor stock pond had catfish to perch lots of waterfall to trees to look at even birds landed near the fake ducks. Elevator to stairs . Clean Bathrooms to fun arcade shooting game. Stuffed animals to displays of old fishing equipment from the past to old photos of hunting . Covered wagon to look at to stamp foot prints in the concrete.
Dogs well trained came with owners to get dog items. Had no trouble even with hearing impairments. Wheel chair accessible.

This bass pro shops is huge. The customer service is great.

A great place if you are an outdoor person! From selling guns to boats and boots and anything you can think of that you would need for outdoors, they have it here. Employees are very nice. The decor with the stuffed animals and pond with fish is amazing and a great distraction for the kids (in the winter especially when they get to meet Santa here). I highly recommend coming here.

I love the place! I have a family member who visits this place often. The workers are very nice and the place is highly designed with wildlife sculptures,statues, and figures. This place has everything you would ever need if you are looking for fishing supplies or boat supplies. There is so much more here and I enjoyed this place.

If you do anything outdoors, this place has what you are looking for. Toys for kids and adults! Every sport and every hobby that requires the great outdoors is provided here. Great selection and Amazing Atmosphere! The kiddos loved the fishing experience held outside in the Water feature they have to the right of the building. We have done Santa pictures, arts and crafts and pure dreaming at this location!

Bass pro shops are all pretty great. This one is just as good. The whole property is well kept. They have a beautiful outdoor water area with multiple small waterfalls. So relaxing. Before and upon entering you are greeted by the coolest decor. They have animal heads, antlers, and whole stuffed animal displays. They have everything you could possibly need for any outdoor experience. It's all very well organized by category of what you are looking for. It is easy to lose most of your day walking around this place. Associates are very nicely and willing to help. Prices are what you would expect for quality product. Will recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Would also highly recommend going and eating at Paula Dean's.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They not only got all of our reels strung, but they also helped me find a rod and reel combo for my son that he loves! It is a truly a place that is hard to shop without blowing the budget!

2 days after Thanksgiving, there was a bunch of people, but they had lots of help in the checkout. Their ammo department could be about 4 times bigger and it might be just big enough, it was pretty hammered and the lighting sucks. They need a sign in the reloading section where to find primers. I had a guy ask me for help, I just guessed they were behind the gun counter.

Always love this place, great layout, tons of gear, everything you need. Bought a new fishing rod and they were very helpful in picking one out and getting set up. Huge location. Kids loved the fish tank.

Bass Pro Shops at The Rim is an experience. They have a man-made pond with a couple waterfalls and a nice bridge outside the store. Before you enter, you're already in the mood for outdoor activities (well done, BPS). The store itself is enormous. There are two floors with stairs and elevators for 2nd floor access. There's a large aquarium, interior pond with fish in it, fudge shop, target shooting and likely other neat attractions I didn't walk by. They have so much stuff: fishing boats, off-road vehicles, stuff for hunting, fishing, camping, grilling, seasonal items, and sooo much more. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit to BPS for any of your outdoor activity needs, and definitely plan to spend a couple hours here just wandering around to see everything.

The wife and I visited the Bass Pro Shop today and it was awesome! The place is HUGE... Like MEGA HUGE! If you love anything outdoors than you'll love the Bass Pro Shop. They have pretty much anything and everything you'll need for camping, hunting, fishing, boating, and all the snacks and gear for your outdoor trips. The cool thing about the Bass Pro Shop is that even if you don't buy anything the trip is worth it, so many fun things to check out. They have so many stuffed animals on display and they have an extremely large aquarium. All I can say is you won't be disappointed. It's a fun family activity.

Great selection of outdoor equipment, clothing and more. All your outdoor gear in one place. Always something for everyone. I go here often because of the great location and selection of outdoor gear, hunting, fishing and boating supplies.

Love this store. Staff was very helpful when we were looking for heaters before Texas freezes over again. Cool elevator ride where you can see the fish.
