Broadway Bank - Alamo Heights Financial Center

Broadway Bank in Alamo Heights on Austin HWY is an exceptional bank. The Mr. Torres and Mr. Barrientos are so awesome I’m probably going to open a personal account there. The people there are a joy to see working well as a team and professionally but their dynamic really stood out to me in a way unlike that of other banks. I also noticed the strict adherence to security without feeling time dragging on needlessly. I highly recommend this branch to young and old.

I am so glad I finally found "my" bank. It's rare to find a bank that goes above and beyond to ensure that every service it provides is finely detailed to be different, but better.

And my Standard Poodles are also happy we switched banks because the Tellers are generous to offer doggy treats!

I’ve been banking with Broadway for almost 50 years. Opened a student checking account back in the mid 70s when I was a student at Trinity University. Great service, always friendly and very helpful.

Omg..to get to the bank is crazy 😧🤣 you have to go around the block 😂😆 to enter the Bank 🏦🏧.But over customer service was amazing 🤩

Unfortunately, I don't think I've had a single good interaction with this bank. I opened my first account with them in 2021 and it has been a mess ever since. Everything from the opening of the account to the atm to the online banking experience has been unpleasant. I'm sure some great people work here, but as a company I just don't like it at all.
