Travis Park

It was a great and fun experience being at Travis park during this Christmas season. There was a concert with The Spazmatics which are a great band playing 80's music. The Ice Skating Rink is wonderful. There is a nice Christmas tree, photo with Santa and food vendors. It is a fun place to spend your holidays with the whole family.

It’s always fun heading out to Travis Park. There’s always an event going on no matter what. This year around is when they have the Ice Skating Rink which is always fun and this year was my first time ice skating best part about it was that I got to experience it was my beautiful daughter. Not to expensive jst $15 for about a hr of skating. Every Tuesday is only $7.

Travis Park was this year's location for the huge HEB Christmas tree. Looks like there is an ice rink which I will have to try out sometime. I love our parks and greenspaces in San Antonio!

Very beautiful atmosphere to see in December, it does get quite busy at times but well worth it to spend time with family and the San Antonio's Christmas Tree.

The lighting of the tree was beautiful. Always nice e to walk there.

Ice Skating in Travis Park. It's a small rink but does the job for some fun. The rink ice is well maintained and there are skates you can borrow. The chilly weather was perfect ❣

I went for Jazz Fest. The park was clean and the weather was great. The bands were pretty good. Overall, it was a great outing to attend as we slowly get back to normalcy. The fest wasn't too crowded, it was just right.

When we go too Travis Park this park is so beautiful, We love too watch the birds and squirrels run around we try to go as many times as we can, don't have a vehicle so we go on the bus, we don't mind that at all, take care you guys and God Bless, Have a safe Blessed Merry Christmas too all 2022

The events here are great. Decent parking around the perimeter if you are there in the morning. Well monitored and never messy/dirty. Despite it being only a block large, it’s calming to be here.

Christmas lights/tree are beautiful in this park.

I think it's awesome that the city of San Antonio dresses up Travis Park for the different seasons and events throughout the year. Especially now that they've included putting up an ice-skating rink during the cold part of winter here in South Texas.

1st time ever being there. They had it decorated very nicely for Christmas. They also had an ice skating rink and food trucks. All in all great experience for a first timer.

It was late but still felt safe. I love to go during the day to feed the squirrels. They are precious. They will come get it from your hand.

Really enjoyed our day we were there for my son's art class which their paintings will be posted on the buildings on Houston St it's a great honor we're proud our son was a part of it

This place was the anchor for this most recent road trip...35th Jazz'SAlive...2 days of end of summer fun...listening to good music...sampling the sidewalk fare...food and items of clothing and jewelry...meeting strangers and enjoying their company...my lil guy met his as well and had many admirers ...a big shout out to Kelli, a parks and rec member that held on to my phone and started sending out scouts to find me...and also to Hakeem...a brother from another mother

Nice place to visit my wife and I was driving through just looking at all the people around me being from Chicago she been from San Francisco this is the only crowded area in San Antonio not much of a downtown.. being from Chicago

The Rotary Ice Rink at Travis Park is just opened On 11/29/2019. It is nice to walk round the park during the Christmas time. See omg kids running around the Christmas tree is just very joyful. Lights of the building around the park are turned on which make the park very pretty.

I've been coming here for many years now and love it when they host events! It's small and easy to get to.
