THEIR JEWELRY IS AWESOME!!
I’ve had several pieces and they do not tarnish (with proper care).
This is my favorite local boutique in San Antonio TX. I made sure to stop by, during my visit from DALLAS TX!

I went here for the first time today to help my boyfriend's daughter find a dress to attend a wedding. We had a very positive experience. Both people working there were attentive, kind, and helpful. The prices were not outrageous, especially for a boutique. There were a lot of beautiful dresses for her to choose from. We wound up getting two for her to take with her and I got myself a cute lil sweatshirt. Anyway... Yay to this place! I didn't have a bad experience at all.

I am surprised this store has bad reviews I've never been to this location in which I wanted to go. I had the best experience in New Braunfels location sweet, friendly and excellent customer service by all employees. When they told me SA has one I wanted to go take a look but maybe I won't and just return to NB when in the area

Chloe Rose is a must visit shop in Alamo Heights! The staff is very attentive, polite and efficient. They have a vast variety of clothes and accessories, so there is something for everyone. They even do free gift wrapping! You have to check out this cute, local boutique. It’s my new favorite place!

Listen, if you are looking for a shopping experience that keeps you wanting to come back, visit chloerose! A friend and I had the pleasure of meeting Megan, Kadye, Angel and Denise while there. These ladies went above and beyond to help me find a little something special to wear to a wedding! When I return to San Antonio I will be sure to by and find something else that suits my fancy! Thanks ladies for making thr experience a great one!

I just had such an amazing shopping experience at this location! I cannot remember the employee that was helping me but she figured out my style within minutes and was super attentive, and had some great style advice for a millennial that’s a little out of touch with fashion. Haha. I was here January 29th at like 11 am! Just want her to know how great she was! Thank you! Can’t wait to come shop again!

The service is always great! Super helpful! The blond young girl and young man helped my daughter in college for back to school clothes! They were very attentive and made the experience awesome!

I love this place! They were so helpful and sweet! Very dedicated in helping you find what YOU want. The sizes are very diverse! All the clothes are so cute and flattering for YOUR body type!

I normally don’t enjoy boutiques because the employees are rude and they kinda act like I can’t afford their clothes.That was not the case at all in this store!Every single girl in there genuinely helped out so much and also gave out so many compliments.They never once acted like I was beneath them or that I didn’t belong in there.GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISE,because they surely do deserve it!Thank you for all your help,I will definitely return!

Staff is amazing! So helpful. However many items are not priced on the shelves. Prepare to wait 30min + for a dressing room. When I was checking out they had to check pricing/call another store for 3-4 items which took another 15 min before I could check out. This has been the case for multiple visits to this store. Hopefully their processes can improve for the sake of frequent customers looking to come in quickly for a cute outfit or two.

All in all it’s a cute store, nothing wrong with it… however the prices are toooooo much for such cheap material, it’s ridiculous 🥲

So, yeah 2/5 ⭐ I mean if you can afford the price go for it, but personally I’ll only visit this store once a year😅.
Another thing, no credit returns, no money returns, ONLY an exchange? Like why??? I rather have my money back 😅 No wonder why they don’t put the price in most of their products🥲 it’s a trap💔 once you pay it’s over 🥲

Cute clothes, very small. No limit on what can be taken in into the dressing rooms. Only 4 dressing rooms. Don’t go on the weekends, you will have to wait over an hour if tweens are there trying on loads of clothes. No one will care if you are quick and only have a few items. They continue to try on as if it is their own personal dressing room. Staff is nice but you can put nothing on hold. It’s better to go next door or any other shop then there. You will waste your time.

I won’t ever shop at Chloe Rose again. I was a customer of Chloe Rose for a couple of years now and was very disappointed with the manager at the Alamo Heights/Broadway location. I shopped in the store and bought a couple of gifts that I hadn’t even taken out of the bag yet. When the manager checked me out initially she did not go over the NEW return policy with me NOR did she let me know that all jewelry was final sale. I have never had a problem returning something in the past with Chloe Rose until today. I tried to make my return with the manager who checked me out yesterday and she was very inconsiderate and did not try to resolve an issue with a returning customer for apparently it being my fault for not reading a small sign in store about the NEW return policy or my receipt. Her customer service was terrible and I honestly can’t see why she is managing the store. I do not feel like it was handled properly or professionally. I will not be returning back.

I used to love this store but last time I came in I stayed there for 3 hours looking for a dress for a special event in Vegas. The dress I was finally given which was the same model but different color was completely torn, I did not realize this until I had checked out. Assuming they would understand the situation I did not get scared but I came in to return the dress and they did not care what’s so ever that I was given a damaged product. I live in Keywest and don’t have access to in person shopping so now I’m stuck with 80$ of store credit for nothing. This store does not care about their customers
