Deonte, with Goettl, was punctual, arriving as scheduled. He was polite and respectful, answering all my questions. He was thorough taking pictures of my water heater unit. He explained the payment plans that Goettl offers and emailed the information to me. I greatly appreciate the service he provided. It is my opinion that this young man is a valuable asset to the Goettl Company.

Joseph was great! First ‘Sadie Club’ apt, he was prompt, courteous, polite, and we were able to get business done while joking and laughing. All inspections done with associated recommendations, no pressure to purchase anything, and where verified recommendations were made, there wasn’t any emphasis on ‘you must have the most expensive model’. We were given 3-5 options in a ‘good, better, best’ scenario, and then allowed a no-pressure time to discuss amongst ourselves before getting back to the company. In the last year we’ve had a handful of Goettl associates out here- whether in sales, installation, repairs, or inspections, and I’ll add Joseph Gutierrez to the ‘we like that guy’ list! (Our install guy is Jake Gutierrez, and he’s also awesome, so if either of those guys pop up on your ___ will be there soon’ texts, you’re in good hands.

I must say....Goettl has the most incredible customer service. I accidentally called them thinking I was calling another company and had scheduled service. When I realized the mistake I made, I immediately called and advise them that I meant to go with another company that I used previously. However, the lady who took my call was so professional and so amazingly sweet, that I changed my mind and said, please keep my appointment. I just loved her attitude and her customer service skills. Then, my service technician, Carlos Zapien showed up with the biggest smile and professional greeting. Handed me a some really cute Goettl gifts for becoming a new customer and got straight to work. He showed me where the issues were, made recommendations, and took care of business! I am a huge fan of Goettl and would highly recommend to all of my family and friends. Good old customer service still goes a long way. But the quality of professionalism and work performed goes even further. No pressure, just recommendations to keep my current system running like new! Thank you Carlos for being so awesome!

We had a great experience with our service. Tyler Leija was awesome. He assessed the issues with our pipes and let us know things that the previous plumber that had come out didn’t even check for. He was extremely professional and shared the pictures and videos he got of our pipes with us.

I feel confident in the suggestions he made, and when we’re ready, we’ll be contacting him and Goettl to get some more work done

Doug Rivera came by to review the existing kitchen gas line relocation and explained to us about the required gas leak test requirements. The cost of the the test was reasonable at $500.00 but the labor / material cost of over $1,000 seems too high for the 4 foot black pipe being removed and installation of a new 3 foot section along the exterior wall.

Douglas Rivera was amazing installed a water heater for me. Was very professional and extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. He even assisted me with fixing some other issues I was having. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling and requesting him for any plumbing needs I may need in the future.

I recently had Joshua Lopez come to fix a leak in my shower, and I couldn't be more impressed. Joshua was incredibly thorough, ensuring he not only addressed the immediate issue but also took the time to understand and fix the root cause. His communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. It's clear that Joshua genuinely cares about his work and the satisfaction of his customers. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I would like to recognize Joe, Ernesto, Bryan, Ian, Mike, John and Regan from dispatch for the outstanding work performed on our A/C replacement. They were on point and kept us informed on their progress. You can definitely tell that customer satisfaction is Goettl number one priority. With crews like this your company will surpass others in the business. We are extremely pleased and thankful.

I had a brand new AC installed and attic blown insulation, last year August 2022. They called me a few weeks back to schedule a free 1year maintenance check up. Today Ricardo and Josh came out explained their Annual maintenance plan and it sounded very good, includes 2 seasonal AC checks a year, with a monitor system and 1Plumbing inspection a year included draining water heater and AC drain. I thought it was great I signed up. They explained it very well and I am very glad I chose this company 😊

Douglas Rivera was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He did a thorough inspection of absolutely every place where water comes in or out of the house. I had several areas that needed work and he was able to get the parts here and everything fixed in a timely manner. I was so impressed with everything he did! Before leaving he made sure it was all working properly. He certainly went the extra mile and that’s what I appreciated the most.

Had Doug Rivera and Aidan from Goettl come out to flush out my water heater. But when they did a whole house inspection they found a few more concerning things. One was my water softener hasn’t worked in years and pushing hard water. Then they noticed how my toilets in bad shap and a few things rusted. So I had them install a 3 star water softener then 3 must needed toilets. This water softener is badass! And water is super soft. Also, they added a nice drinking super filtered water spout. Must needed for all the cooking and drinking from the kiddos. Their service and professionalism is unmatched. Thank you for your hard work Doug.

Josh came out from Goettl to inspect our plumbing. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me a problem with our water heater, explained my options to repair it, and helped me schedule the service. I was very pleased with him and the service he provided.

Today Ryan Barrientos came to fix the clogged drain in my kitchen sink. He text me his name & picture when he was headed my way & once again when he arrived. Sure made me feel safe to open the front door.
Ryan arrived promptly for the appointment & was very polite, knowledgeable & professional.
He explained every step he took in addressing my issue & did not leave until all work was tested to be sure the work was successfully completed.

So I have to start off and say that this company is by far the most amazing AC company I’ve ever dealt with (and I use to work for one)!!! I called Reagan to get her to help me and the best way she could and she did everything after hours made it happen from start to finish amazing amazing amazing!!! Brayan and Jason were the installers they were right on time explained everything got to work did their thing cleaned up didn’t leave anything behind patient with my mother-in-law and just I cannot give you enough five stars. And of course, Matt the install manager. Thank you so much for everything you did for our family and I truly appreciate it. Y’all are genuinely the best company know how to treat your Customers and employees that shows the work that they do thank you thank you thank you

Mr. Ralph Garcia responded to my call to Geottl. Mr. Garcia was very polite and courteous. I was really impressed with his excellent demeanor and professionalism. He quickly explained the cause of the problem and the steps needed to fix it. He did so in fine detail and in terms I could easily understand. I observed Mr. Garcia during most of the time he was here, and saw that while he worked quickly, he was very attentive to what he was doing. Mr. Garcia is a true professional. Next time I have need for a plumber, I would request that Goettl send Mr. Garcia again.

We had a leak, thankfully Rudy and Chris came out to our house one time, and fully expected our options and a course of action. They even showed us a way for our home insurance would help with the repairs. We really felt like we were in good hands. Thanks again.

Great first time experience with Goettl. Matthew Lopez was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to find the best possible solution for the maintenance/ payment plan. He was both well prepared and neat in appearance. He was patient and took the time to explain/ answer all my questions.

The Goettl team arrived at my home promptly on time. Rudy and Christopher quickly were able to find my leak and were very professional and honest about the work needed to successfully repair my leak. I highly recommend Goettl and especially recommend Rudy and Christopher.

Ryan is excellent, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He explained everything in detail that was needed to do the job. At the end, he asked if I had any questions about the job or anything else. Great young man.
