Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Awesome experience. Sat immediately. Our server, Colleen, was fantastic. Dealt with my crazy family of 6 with grace and professionalism. Everything was timed beautifully. From our drinks, appetizers, to entrées. Food was hot and of great quality. The manager on duty was very accommodating as well. Helped me to get my receipt when prompted very quickly. I'm definitely going to recommend it and come back. This was a fantastic end to my niece coming back for two weeks before shipping out to Korea. We tried another restaurant before here, and had a horrible experience there. This more than made up for that.

We had salad, chicken & gnocchi soup, & minestrone soup as our starters. Including, of course, the breadsticks.

Entrées we had Tour of Italy, chicken Alfredo, and the chicken marsale ( I know I spelled it wrong).

Wished I had room for dessert. They looked amazing, too.

Tai just started 2 days ago and she was an excellent server , customer service was amazing. Wonderful soup salad and breadsticks for 10.99 all ya can eat. Unfortunately the endless pasta promotional is gone at this moment. 😕

They have great service and great food ...the trio meal is great I usually take some home

We came in for dinner on a saturday, wait time was 15 minutes. We were at in less than 10 minutes. Our host took us to our table and went over the rewards program with us before going back to the front. Our server was the lovely Elliot. He tested l greeted us, asked if we were celebrating anything, and offered us drinks. I got the peach champagne drink and my husband had wine. Both were delicious. After he took our order, Elliot brought us bread sticks and cheese dip. Then he brought our salad and offered us more bread. The other staff members were checking in us too to see if we needed more bread or more salad. We tried to save room for the pasta we ordered but we couldn't let the hot bread go to waste. We got our pasta and after 2 bites we were full. But extremely happy. The food was delicious. So we took it to go and finished our drinks. Great, speedy and friendly service. All around 10 stars.
Parking is very limited but there is near by parking across the street.

We did takeout here on July 1st for dinner. We ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and the Five Cheese Ziti Al-Forno, and two side salads. All of the dishes were really good. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return again.

Restaurant was very clean. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. Our waitress Ariel was one of the best waitresses we’ve had in a long time! Her service was over the top & with a smile! This was one of the best Olive Garden experiences we’ve ever had. This was our first time visiting this location but if we’re in the area again we will definitely be back! I stopped at the to go desk on the way out to get a bag and even the young man there was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Even told us to have a safe drive home! We left feeling like we were leaving from visiting with family! This location deserves all the praise for their above and beyond service!

The restaurant is still very clean and well maintained even though it is a little bit older. The staff was very nice and attentive. Of course, the salad and breadstick are as good as ever. We both had the never-ending pasta. I love the 5 cheese marinara sauce, and the meatballs are so light and fluffy, with a very nice flavor. I will say that both my lunch companion and I are still very upset about the loss of the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. This is one of my favorite places and will be back soon.

The food is always good the service is good it’s clean the prices are good very well located love Olive Garden ! Tour of Italy for the win and their wines are nice as well.

Service was outstanding! Ask for a kind soul by the name of Marina. She was absolutely amazing, made us feel very welcome, very kind, great recommendations for snacks as well. She’s the server with the most for sure! We will be back to this location just for her specifically. Food was great, salad was on point, breadsticks amazing as always and our main entrees were filling and delicious.

I really enjoyed this place. The server was excellent!! She acted as if we really mattered to her. Felt at home. She was told it was my birthday and made sure I got a dessert of my choice and double checked to make sure it was deducted from the tab. The food was excellently cooked and fast.

Joe Tovar really made my Olive Garden Experience, that more Grandiose. Mr Tovar accommodated me by letting sit where I wanted to sit, and that was away from the busy section. Ever since Covid 19 I like to have my Space from other people and Mr Tovar made that possible. Mr Tovar should be Promoted to the next Managerial Position. In conclusion The Table Representative Mr Jacob Ramirez has Incredible Top Shelf Customer Service Skills and had a Very Classy Mannerism. Mr Jacob Ramirez is definitely a Manager Prospect in his near Future👌Now how about the food? Well just look at pictures, FLAWLESS AND DELICIOUS. Amazing Experience.

It was a great memorable dinner Not to Mention that Our Server gave us A 1 service I don't remember Her name but she's got Long black beautiful hair and a very young woman but Her experience of the Menu and recommendations were so helpful she was very comfortable with her job and it showed, Walzem 🫒 Garden you have a Amazing Server in Her 💯💯💯💯👑👑👑👑👑

Consistently delicious! Always great service, (Thank you Kelly!), Very clean restaurant & everyone is friendly.
It's obvious that the management takes pride in her job and employees.

Luke was an outstanding waiter who was dealing with an unruly group (4) of adolesant children who were clearly out for their first "alone" outing ever. That was when we arrived. About 1/4 way through our meal, they left.

The drinks, appetizers, and food were all very speedy. Breadsticks were fresh and hot.
The appetizers actually had to sit for a min because they were fresh and a little too hot. We had the new shrimp fritto misto, and of course, the calamari

For entrées:
The ravioli carbonara with shrimp my wife odered looked so amazing, and the tastes were over the top. I may have a new personal favorite.

I always get the seafood alfredo and add broccoli to it. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

The other olive gardens in town may be on the decline, but this one is still 5 out of 5. This is one of our go-to spots for "mainstream" Italian food. Will definitely be back

The people who work there are friendly and professional service. Relaxing time celebrating birthday, the Manager and her team are the best. Ask for KJ he is a great servicer.

Had lunch with a co-worker... the soup and salad is my favorite lunch option. It's light, crisp and refreshing... perfect meal, guaranteed not to make you feel too fill and sleepy.

If you dine in be sure to ask for Tae! I was blown away by Tae’s exceptional service! Incredible customer service, no exaggeration. He’s top notch.

Food was great, but ordered an adult beverage the spiked strawberry lemonade and it ended up being water with alcohol and some strawberries. Waitress made sure to take it off the bill. But she uh...also grabbed my ginger ale and poured water into it.....

Excellent service was delivered by Mr. Shaun. We dined on spaghetti 🍝 and all you can eat salad and Chicken 🐔& Gnochi soup. It was a wonderful lunch and we will return soon! Conveniently located off the Walzem exit off I-35 North.
2 Dec- Returned for lunchtime with my wife today. This is a popular lunchtime destination for many people. I suggest you arrive a little before 12pm to be immediately seated. Right about 12:30 it is standing room only and quite a wait. That comment aside, we were quickly seated and greeted by the awesome Miss Kennedy who is a knowledgeable and gracious customer service professional. Our order was quickly taken by Kennedy and we were enjoying our lasagne shortly thereafter alongside a👍 big serving bowl of their wonderful never ending salad. We ordered the mango tea, which was pleasant, and a blueberry lemonade, which was the most awesome taste in a lemonade I have ever tasted. You should try the blueberry lemonade! We also decided to enjoy a dessert and the chocolate brownie lasagna hit the spot, but I recommend a cup of their great coffee served in a pre-heated coffee cup to go with your dessert. A very nice touch. Price was more than reasonable, meals were expertly prepared and popping with Italian flavor from fresh ingredients and our server Kennedy set the table for our enjoyable dining experience. We will be returning to dine at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant off I-35 and Walzem Rd in NE San Antonio. 👍👍👍👍👍

Olive Garden is always a reliable place to eat. We would eat there more often if they would put at least flatbresd or some type of pizza for us pizza lovers.
