Target

I don't shop here often, but when I do it's the open, well-lit and clean feel of the store that always makes a good impression. 5 stars usually means perfect or very nearly perfect, but truly, I had no reason to take away a star. The shelves have almost always been neatly stocked, I usually find what I am looking for, the people are friendly and helpful. Bottom line, this Target is a great store.

The Target in my neighborhood is easy in and out. Always enough checkers and the self scan area is always well managed. Products are better than average and foods in grocery are including more healthy choices (organic) all the time. Great Place

Nice, clean and easy to shop. They had a great selection of holiday items and great sales too. I love the brands they stock. Friendly staff.

As i arrived to pick up my items that were ordered online at the Guest Service area, there was no one available to help the other customers and myself, but one staff member returning from outside bringing in a large cart , he acknowledged us and said "i am sorry no one is available but a staff member will there to help as soon as they return " i thanked him for the acknowledgement and then someone did show up.

Today September 17, 2023, Sunday, 2:38 pm @ Alamo Heights, San Antonio Tx 78219-4854, I paid for purchase @ self service register. I had question and Kenya, Target Team Member @ self service registers, greeted & answered question promptly. This is second time Kenya helps me @ self-service. Target has great online shopping sales and service. Nice to have attentive representatives upon pick up.

Carmen helped me with some towels. Very friendly , fast and accommodating. I appreciate that. This is probably one of the friendlier Targets I've been too. Got everything I needed.

Clean, had what we need and lots of extras. Staff was overly busy, but found everything easily.

Overall a good experience. Friendly staff, clean, and well stocked. Definitely will shop here again.

Went to Target on Austin Hwy today. All of lanes were opened and they moved fast. There were a lot of sales and of course the popcorn was fresh.

I am not able to walk due to surgery on my foot so I am very very thankful for the delivery service. I ordered liquid laundry products. To whoever pack this order, I say, I love you. They took such care in packing it. They taped the lids on the bottles, wrapped the bottles in very good plastic bags, and securely zip tied them. I am so so grateful because one of the bottles did leak. There was not one issue with the boxes of dryer sheets ( all in the same box) getting damaged because of the smart packing. It was so simple to cut a hole in the bag and pour it back in the bottle. No damage, no loss, no problems at all. Great job Target or maybe a Shipt employee did it. Either way, I thank all of you. Always a pleasure to shop there. I also totally missed entering the tip for the delivery. I wasn’t familiar with the tip area on the checkout and must of missed it but again you guys are amazing & smart. Y’all made it easy to correct by even having the option to go back to my account and add it which I am happy to do & will do. Just wanted to do this review first. Thanks a million! ♥🙏🏽

This is the best Target I have been to in San Antonio, staff was very helpful and they had all the items I needed, very satisfied over all.

My cashier at customer service was very polite. I wanted to price match one item, so I checked out at customer service. My cashier quickly found the item on her target device and even looked up the other items I was purchasing, which was not necessary. I do appreciate her trying to help me get the best deal, especially this time of the year. I frequent this target multiple times a week and my experience at customer service is usually not great. And that is also from watching their interactions with other customers. It was refreshing to see a smiling face at customer service and a nice person behind the genuine smile. A team member also brought me a shopping cart while I was walking around the store, I didn't even ask for a cart. So that was helpful and much appreciated. They pay attention to detail at this store.
