Israel is great! I came in after 10 pm and checked our with over $300 in groceries and everyone was extremely helpful especially him. He noticed I had a cracked egg and immediately went to get me a new one. Also he noticed I left an item of mine that I purchased behind and quickly brought it. Employees like this is what make companies great. Well done.

Great improvements are being made to this location! We finally have a modern HEB for the neighborhood. The new fresh side is bright, opened, and has plenty of options for someone who doesn't want to put in a lot of work in the kitchen, but also for someone who cooks up a storm. The old side of the store is still chaotic, but organized.

Side note: What happened to the GOOD music? For about 1 week, the store was playing more current, upbeat music (2010 and beyond) - now we're back to the same old tired 80's/90's music. We heard hits from The Weekend, Banners, Death Cab, etc. We need to return the good music back to this store ASAP!

I was surprised to see the variety of great things, the presentation of everything was amazing the fantastic food I found there. I felt I was at Disney. Hightly recommend this HEB to all of you.

It will be wonderful when the renovation is complete! What happened to your Turkey Chili? I shop here regularly. Busy but my favorite HEB!

Switched to Lincoln Heights HEB from my regular HEB for better quality produce and my favorite things. My regular HEB is always out of stock of just about everything and the produce is sad.

This HEB has a good mix of specialty items and staple items. They are under construction for the new curbside service. Hopefully they make the door on the far left side bigger. Only one person can go in at a time. Almost all the employees here are very friendly and helpful. They tend to market towards area but you can still find some deals. Overall great HEB

This is the only HEB in this part of town that stocks ecotools exfoliating scrubby.

Even though building is under construction, I am always satisfied with the selection of items, as well as the freshness and variety of meats and produce. The people at the deli are always friendly and even remember what I usually buy. From those moving carts, baggers, cashiers, to those restocking and working counters; everyone is helpful, friendly and attentive. My family loves shopping at the Lincoln Heights location!

Basse Rd is just too large for elderly to shop. Great selection of products.

Once again, it's an HEB and it's always great to go in there and see what each location has to offer.

The item I was looking for was not available. I asked a young man stocking nearby,may be on pallet I have not opened yet. I said thanks and went to check out. He comes running up and has the item. Named Ian, that's why I go to H E B

As a traveler, I found the nice selection of meal prep, prepared salads and microwave meals at H-E-B very convenient. I'm excited to try the Cafe Ole Columbian coffee cups. There was a $1 off coupon for the coffee cups, which made this couponer happy! I used the self checkout lanes and it made shopping a breeze.

Love this store, people are nice. Store is very clean. The new renovations are awesome!

HEB at Lincoln Heights has a beautiful new addition. Everything looks amazing and there is such a great variety.

Sadly all the bad reviews about rude unfriendly worker's are true . However store is always very clean and always very stocked. It's really never crowded and your Alamo heights neighbors are always polite and friendly. Truth be told I really think that some employees there are very petty and obviously don't want to be there. I still give it a five-star however because I have really thick skin and not very easily upsetted.

The staff is great, and what they have in stock is awesome. It’s undergoing a massive renovation to make it bigger. It looks like it’s going to be Amazing, but the parking is terrible while it’s ongoing. I’d avoid this H‑E‑B right now until the construction is done. They’re going to have a True Texas BBQ at this location when the construction is done!!!
