Cashier Andre assisted me today. Brief interaction since he scanned my items quite quickly. But most impressive was his kindness and great customer service with a smile and at the end he said thank you. Wow! I have not heard that in a while. Rare these days...your lucky to have him!

BIG ! Lots of fine food sections. Not your usual HEB neighborhood store yet not quite a Plus store either. Lots of Great Selections here from cheeses to dried meats. Good fish market and meats as well. Very impressed and puts my local HEB store to shame. Wish it was closer to My home !!!

This store never ceases to amaze me. No matter how full the parking lots, or how busy the store is all the employees are courteous and helpful. Yesterday I dropped in for a few things and headed to the "Quick Lane" register - it just so happened that the card reader was acting up and other craziness. The Manager, Stephanie, came over and calmly helped to address the issues and assist the cashier "clear the queue".

When people ask me what's so special about HEB compared to other grocery stores - I just tell them it's the experience, an overwhelmed cashier taking time to find some Buddy Bucks for the kids, the cashier seeing I picked out the wrong product for the coupon sending a runner to help out.

Love H-E-B! This one has a grill serving chicken and beef fajitas as well as grilled half and whole chickens…large bakery, vegetable market, and bakery…ps. I love the deli wings..cheap and good..,near the vegetable section…

I placed an order by phone with Jessica (Deli) for 3 large party trays, took less than 10 mins. Was ready on time for pick up. Fruit, veggies and "pinwheels" was all tasty fresh, sweet fruit, crunchy veggies. They have a wonderful selection of HEB brand dips for any party tray need or taste desired for great prices. Try the different flavors they offer, you wont be disappointed!! HEB Deli and Bakery Dept made it so easy, much more convenient. No hassle and priced cheaper than making it yourself. They truly met every expectation we had for our party, family and friends!! Thank you =)
Only thing i would change is offering one serving utensils per large party tray.

Universal City & their HEB & other businesses have been great! Most everyone I've met in this city have been kind, gentle people. It's a great town. We love the short by wonderful music three times a day from Randolph Brooks.
Even Universal City P.D. have been awesome & very caring to my myself & my family after a family tragedy recently.
One of pharmacy persons at HEB remembered my name after only my second visit.
All employees have also been kind and good at their individual & collective jobs. Thank you Universal City. Yall are all in our prayers.

This is my local HEB. I love everything about this place! Great selection, great employees and one of the best produce sections around. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. But, more than that; HEB treats their employees well, treats their customers well and does amazing things in the community. As a former store manager for two other chains, I recognize and appreciate all of the behind-the-scenes efforts that make this store (and the company) a stellar business model that all should emulate.

Highly recommend this HEB. This is my favorite location out of all the different ones I've been to. They do a great job keeping the shelves stocked. All the employees are always wearing a smile and not afraid to greet anybody they walk by. They do a great job managing the lines. Love all the things they've added to this location. Self checkouts, health and wellness sections, additional cart corrals, etc. All departments are ran well. The overall layout of the store is great. Love my HEB.

Since moving from the medical center to the NE, this has become my favorite HEB store. It’s full of selections, varieties,professional, warm and friendly staff. Prior to moving, my previous favorite HEB stores were Huebner/Babcock & DeZavala/ I-10. Kitty Hawk store has more than filled my memories from those stores.
Even though there are two other HEB stores nearer to my house, I still take great pleasure in driving the extra distance weekly to the Kitty Hawk store. Thank you guys.

This grocery store for anyone who's never been in one are like a Walmart supercenter or back in California the giant grocery stores super centers. They have everything the wine displays go for aisle after aisle the meat section is large and full of fresh meats for everyone cheeses dairy huge assortment of anything that you would need to in a grocery store including a gardenin. section these are impressive stores fun just to go to look around spend some time.

Always appreciate the wide aisles making it easy to navigate . Love their HEB branded products, good price and great taste to all of them.
The more I use the pharmacy , the more I appreciate their service. Any and all it seems have a cheerful and can do attitude. The lines may be long , but they move amazingly fast.
As prices escalate , it's nice to know HEB brands are still such a good value versus national brands.
Doesn't seem to matter how busy they are, the checkout lines flow right along and the checkout personel have a smile and a great demeanor.

Jan 2024- still wonderful to shop at. Love how wide the aisles are . Employees have such a wonderful, helpful attitude.

Love HEB but it is both more expensive and further away than where I normally shop. Great place to find stuff for recipes that call for higher class ingredients.

I always buy my cat foods and grocery at HEB. I noticed the fruits here are more larger than different stores and more fresh. I got everything I need from here.

Love this HEB. Aisles are always well managed and helpful staff. This location does get pretty busy on weekends, so plan to spend a good amount of time here if you're shopping for the week.

I always love coming to this one as they have a decent selection of less common foods and necessary staples. Always clean and plenty of assistance when needed.

I LOVE their floral department. I just wanna give a big shout out to Kelly, as I want up to her and said I was having a GoT Premiere party and wanted Fire and Ice style bouquet and she HOOKED IT UP! I attached the picture because normally I try to organize the flowers when I get home and boy have I been missing out on Kelly's skills. :)

Actually I went to the HEB parking lot at O'Connor and Nacogdoches Rd to wait for the Vanguard mobile vaccination van. I didn't go inside. But I used the HEB app to order a few items from the HEB on FM 78. I like ordering online. It's very convenient and it was delivered to my door. I'll be using the app a lot more often.

Love my HEB, always with fresh produce and coolers always on the right temperatures which makes the dairy fresh and lasts longer

My wife and I have always loved going to this HEB when we lived in the area. Their Simple Meal ready-to-make dinners were our favorite

There's a reason HEB is the best grocery store in Texas, and this store exemplifies that. Very clean, always stocked, friendly service and plenty of options.

The line can get a bit backed up at this store but the employees are working to move it as quickly as possible. Highly recommend going here over Walmart, Target or anything else in the area.

I found them thank you Lord!!!! Walmart didn't have these beans but thank God I found them at this H-E-B.
