I had Sam’s Fine Jewelry to replace some small diamonds in my Grandmother ring as a gift to my daughter. I just picked up the ring and at first site it took my breath away as to the beauty of my ring. I am so happy and impressed with their work that they are now my personal jeweler. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the jewelry store to have my watch crystal replaced and the links shortened, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of outstanding.

WOW!! I haven’t taken my wedding rings in for maintenance or repair for over 20 years because I was afraid of corrupt jewelers. I was referred to Sam’s and I am over the moon with the work Eric did to not only restore, but to repair my rings. He had to rebuild the entire top mount as they are no longer made and exceptional barely comes close to my experience. I don’t remember my rings ever looking this fantastic! I promise I will keep up with the maintenance now that I’ve found Sam’s and Mr. Eric 💕

The staff were very friendly. I took my grandma's heirloom ring to get resized. The quote was reasonable and they said they could have it done within 10 days.
They worked great and had my ring done within a couple of days. They also cleaned the ring and honestly it looks brand new and not a 60 year old ring.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

Sam and his team are always very personable and help you find exactly what you're looking for. But, this time, Sam went above and beyond to make my wife happy. She has a necklace passed down from her grandmother. I took it to Sam to have him make custom earrings to match. Well, it turns out that it is difficult to match 75 year old opals. Sam kept working at it until he found 2 perfect matching opals. The earrings and necklace now look like a matched set. My wife was smiling ear to ear, we're so happy.

This is not the first time I’ve trusted Sam’s with my jewelry needs. As usual, they were friendly, speedy and provided an excellent product! I am so grateful to have such a quality jeweler close to home.

I had an AWESOME experience! I had two watches (one battery change and one fitting) and they got me in and out in 10 minutes and did a fantastic job! I got to talk with Macy (I think? I pulled the name from my receipt) I think her name was while I waited, who was so kind and very pretty, I wish I had asked for her phone number while I was there. I had an awesome conversation with her and I DEFINITELY recommend going here.

Sam and his team are incredible! They helped me find and customize the perfect ring for my girlfriend and worked with me on the price and expediting the ring so I could propose to her! I asked Sam to customize the ring from a 4 prong to a 6 prong and it turned out beautiful! Great work and great people, I’d highly recommend this location.

I went to Sam's looking for an engagement ring. It was the 2nd place I visited and the 1st jewelry just didn't listen to what I wanted or was looking for. I met with Sam and he took such personal care of me. He helped me design the perfect ring for her to say yes too. When it was time for me to get a ring, I went straight back to Sam's and showed him what I wanted and my price range. He gave me everything I asked for and more! I absolutely love this store and everytime I go in they know who I am and ask for updates on the wedding. Best Jewelry store in the world!
