Service at the Estee Lauder counter was excellent. People were very helpful and tried to help me put together the best deal to get the free gift.

This Dilliards was beautiful and has a lot of great dresses with all sizes!!! Not overcrowded. Had enough workers and had lots to choose from!!

So happy with the experience and even had help with everything I was purchasing!!! Will definitely come back and spend all my money 🤣 (husbands) found a wonderful outfit for a Christmas party last minute!

Top notch in clothing choices for all ages and sizes. One of the few department stores that has a well stocked petite section with actual employees. Such a treat! Has atmosphere and inventory neat and not in shambles like some other department stores.

Great place, clean and well kept. This location is fun to go shopping in because the employees didn't keep bugging us with what we needed. They were there but let us look around and try on suites. We were looking for suites for my son and they respected our space.

Went to purchase a gift for my mom and brother and found everything I needed. They even offered to wrap the purchase and they left them very beautiful. The workers working they’re were super helpful and communicative. <3

I just went to Dillard’s with my mom and everyone there was so nice and friendly! Definitely made my day to see everyone’s friendly faces :). Especially the lady at the gift wrap counter, who sadly I didn’t get the name of.

Had many options shie makeup,clothes men and women,jewelry, purses designer, perfume men and women.

Good to visit this department store. Quality items at average prices.. Staffs always keep smiling..

James was amazing he offered to help find me a shirt without me even asking. He measured me and was very knowledgable about which shirt would fit the best and about the materials. It’s hard to find people willing to help with a smile like he did. We went to a few other stores in the area and were willing to come back just to buy here just because he was so nice.

Just moved here and so in love with Dillard's. I have never been to one and it was impressive. Every Department was beautiful and well organized. The staff was most helpful in my 2 hour search for something extra fancy for an event in Washington DC.
During my spree I gathered more and more bags along the way. My hands were squished and trying to carry bags with no handles, in addition to hanging bags too, made it exhausting.
Would've totally shopped more but my hands were full.
Note to self, bring totes next time. Overall great store and location is by lots of eateries and other shops. Enjoying Texas, next stop HEB to see what the hype is about.

Reliable for formal and fashionable clothing. Finding deals is worth the challenge.

Waited to long to buy an outfit and didn't think I was going to be able to attend the themed dinner party. Went to mens warehouse and and another suit shop and was turned away. I called Dillard's and talked to James told him my situation and he said he'd do his best to help if he could. He had a positive attitude and we had a positive outcome. Thank you James and Dillard's. Next time I won't wait till the last minute but if I do I won't be turned away.

Lady that fitted me for a bra was outstanding. My granddaughter bought her gown to wear to the military ball here. It was beautiful. Clean store.

I had the best customer service from Cynthia in the Lingerie Department! I needed underwear for a wedding dress fitting that evening and only had my lunch break to pick out some items. Cynthia escorted me to a private room, listened to my concerns and brought me the items that I needed. It was simple, quick and painless. I was in and out in about 35 minutes! Highly recommend.

Love dillards cause they always have very good deals on shoes and also their dresses are on trend. Thank you to the manager who made sure my experience is top notch! Keep it up!

Only place i shop any more. Great service, friendly and genuinely interested in your needs. Very clean and handling this virus crisis with care and empathy. Enjoy the atmosphere. The clothing, shoes and household goods are excellent 👌 love perusing the makeup 💄 dept. Top brands are amazing.
