Excellent coffee shop which also serves decent ice cream. I would not mind to hunker down for some chill non call work and have their cappuccinos .. good friendly staff too

One of my favorite coffee shops! Their lattes are perfection! Not overly sweet and very flavorful. Ultimate favorite: “The Otter” but any of their drinks is delicious, we’ve tried a variety, matchas, lattes! In case you’re craving ice cream, you’ll find it here too! Thank you Brody for creating this amazing place and for always taking care of us! You have an amazing team!

This is a perfect coffee the baristas are amazing they have 6+ years of experience they do fun latte art. there very friendly people and pursue conversations. I ordered a cappuccino and a sweet latte they were both fantastic the beans are good and so is the roast. they have a singer expresso machine very nice! They have couches and merch. I will definitely be back!

Cute little coffee shop, very friendly service from the two gentlemen working! The banana pudding ice cream was really good. The cone was crunchy and fresh. And wow, they really filled that cone- it has a pretty wide base so it was way more ice cream that it initially appeared. We would come back for a visit if in the area :)

We stopped by to get some ice cream. As a lover of banana pudding, I had to get the banana pudding ice cream. It was so good! Definitely the best I’ve ever had. Good fresh banana flavor, lots of Nila crackers, and a creamy, not too sweet base. One scoop is big enough to share, definitely will be back very soon!

Great, strong coffee and good ice cream. My son asked how they made the cool pattern, so the barista came out and demonstrated with a cup of hot chocolate. Fantastic service! We will be back. :)

Once I found Cream and Sugar Coffee shop I dropped Starbucks. I love the feel of this welcoming place, the unique drinks are yummy, and the personal touches the baristas put into every coffee drink is a work of art! It's my go-to place to meet with girlfriends for a coffee and some girl-talk. (My hubby LOVES their ice cream, sadly I'm limited in my sugar intake.) I support C&S not because I'm supporting our local businesses. I support C&S simply because it's the best coffee shop I've found. Score!

Fun little place! I asked Google Assistant for a coffee shop near me, and this one was in walking distance.
Easy to see and find, sign is clearly labeled.
Small, yet nice and cozy. Too bad the sun comes right through the large glass windows in the afternoon though!
Coffee was quick and tasted good, and the muffin was big and warm.
They also have some fun ice cream flavors.

Would go back next time I'm in the area!

It's a very cute and quaint cafe with a lot of unique flavored coffees. The vegan ice cream, the lavender and rosemary, is to die for! The service was fantastic. Please check them out!!!

Absolutely delicious ice cream and coffee. It's small but it has charm. Try the Cappucino Crunch, that ice cream is crack! Staff is very friendly too.

I met my daughter here for a coffee. I try to support smaller, local businesses as much as possible. This was my first time here. I can't rate the food because I didn't have any. But, the customer service was great! I had a cold brew with vanilla and cream and my daughter had an iced vanilla latte. They seemed to be doing a pretty good amount of business. We sat inside for awhile and then decided to go outside. It was probably about 2-2:30 pm and I'd say the only negative (and nothing to do with them at all!) was the restaurant next door playing music so loud which was completely unnecessary. I could see it had it been later in the day or if there had been a special event. But, it didn't really make sense. Nice little place though. I would go back again.

Love this spot! We get coffee almost every day because it is so good here. The atmosphere is cozy enough for reading and working. Plus it's super close to the fountain so parents like bringing kids here for the yummy ice cream.

Visited a few times but each time we had great service and coffee. Their signature menu options are so yummy—my favorite was “the otter” latte, which had vanilla, honey, and cinnamon. The interior seems basic, but the baristas do a wonderful job making customers feel welcomed and creating the lattes with care (and art)! I can’t wait to try their affogato next time too!

Fantastic coffee experience as always. The coffee is amazing, the service is great, and the place is well-appointed. If you need coffee and happen to find yourself in the area, this should be your stop, without a doubt.

This is a great 3rd-wave coffee shop: the only reason they aren't super busy is the hidden-away location. They have the best "real" cappuccino between here and 1418 in Plano. Check out the espresso over ice cream as well: we've been doing that for years and it's about time a coffee shop figured it out!

The service was fantastic with a friendly staff. The chai tea latte was delicious and creamy! The atmosphere of the coffee shop was relaxing and cozy. They have ample outdoor space in the shade for a cool setting.

There were so many amazing flavors of ice cream, it was so hard to decide. They also will make an affogato! Soooo good! Fun little place with a good location behind Gloria’s for the perfect combination.

This is the best coffee shop around. Amazing staff, great coffee and great ice cream! It might be tucked away but it is a gem! I love coming here.

Sugar & Cream our go-to spot for ice cream in the Allen Fairview area. We have been many times and it is always a pleasant experience. The coffee is not my favorite but the ice cream is really good and reasonably priced. My favorite flavor is the Banana Pudding. It is such a unique flavor and reminds you of eating real Banana Pudding.

We have been there 20+ times and the service is always prompt and friendly. My daughter and I prefer to eat outside or at the benches overlooking the spray fountains located next door but the Sugar & Cream facilities are nice and clean. With so many Fairview businesses closing in this particular shopping center, it's nice to see a business that wisely choose to rent a small space with a good product and friendly service so that they could stay open and last. Also, what a clever business name that I love!
