Frisco Pharmacy

At first I wasn't sure why my doctor sent my prescription here - but I am really glad my doctor's office did. The staff at Frisco Pharmacy is extremely helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable . My prescription which wasn't covered by my insurance costed me only $65 due to the coupon they have instead of paying $125 (cost at my local pharmacy). I was so happy and the delivery was literally within 1-2 business days as promised. I will be using this pharmacy for future fills especially since they were able to find me a reasonable cost on my drug. You guys are such a delight!

This pharmacy is very professional and time efficient. All of the staff is very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. They read me my rights and have me sign everything that needs my actual signature. Ms. Nidhi is very helpful and understanding. I love how she greets everyone with a smile and maintains good social distancing as well as hygiene. From the moment you walk in Frisco and it’s staff are amazing and on point.

Do to the current COVID-19 situation going on in our life. This place is very welcoming. I had to switch my pharmacy cause of medication not available at other pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist helped get all my medications for me. They even called me to let me know they can fill all my medications. They even had it ready that day. And I was able to pull up, call them and they brought it out to me in my truck. Very helpful staff. Thank you very much for all the help.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me with getting the insurance claim approved and ensuring that I was able to get the medicine at the best price. While, they weren't able to fill my prescription, they did all the leg work to get it moved to another pharmacy. This is A+ customer service. Something you don't see much of these days. I will definitely give them my business at the next opportunity.

I just started filling at this pharmacy and the staff is so friendly. They got me the best price for my medication and provided free delivery. I was just blew away by this pharmacy's service. I was previously filling at Walmart and they took forever. Happy that I found a pharmacy willing to help me and provide me with excellent service.

Calvin was amazing! What incredible customer service over the telephone! This is what all others should be setting their standards to. They special order, they have free delivery .... Can you be in love with a pharmacy? After the nightmare I have had for 2 days trying to get relief from this pneumonia ... I believe you can and I am! Thank you Calvin. This pharmacy's customer service is excellent. And their timeliness of filling prescriptions is great! They make a real impact in my life as someone with chronic pain. I highly recommend them.

This is an example of "Above and Beyond". I was running to late to pick up one prescription, so I called the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist told me they were closed already, but would wait, since I called. I am sold and will be transferring my prescription to this location soon. Highly recommended!
