Very larger Gap outlet store with great deals! Huge selection of clothing and apparel. Really big discounts compared to a normal Gap or online. This location has great deals and cheaper prices as it’s an outlet. Men’s t-shirt’s could’ve been a little cheaper in my opinion. My wife found the most deals on the women’s side. Dressing room and bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Employees were nice and helpful. Location has quick access to Hwy US75 and located inside Allen Premium Outlets.

I bought a shirt online and it was too big. I had also gotten a great price for it. I decided to go to the store to try on a size smaller to make sure and exchange it if it fit better. Well they were out of the size I needed in the color I wanted. The cashier was able to order the right size for me and have it shipped to me with free shipping AND at the price I got it for since it was higher now. So I returned to wrong size items and waited for my new item to arrive. It was so easy and they were very friendly while helping me.

The cashier was super friendly and very communicative about my card's rewards and points. Props to her for knowing how to engage and keep it friendly AND professional at the same time. Highly recommend shopping here!

So far I've encountered very polite and helpful attendants. I am always skeptical of high schoolers/young people handling large and/or difficult purchases. But these past times, during Chistmas shopping for the family, and afterwards with exchanges, I came out completely satisfied! The ones that helped me seemed to be not older than 20. Great job guys!!!

Manager Chris saved the day! I had a rather unpleasant experience but after texting with customer service then realizing I left a bag in the store was this made right. Chris showed me the value I have as a customer and found my missing bag on top of applying the discount I missed because wifi doesn't work in the store. Thank you Chris for your kindness!

Good store. With lot of good stuff for adults. This gap store is only for adults. No stuff for kids. I really like the collection of hoodies and t shirts for men they have all the time. For women, they have a variety of clothing options too, from jeans to tshirts, from jackets to hoodies. A great store with all reps doing a good job helping customers.
