I had a very invasive surgery and couldn’t get up for days, everyone took care of me, I’ve never felt so helpless and useless in my life and there was moments I just wanted to give up but they were there for me, they did some things for me that I’d never ask anyone to do even in my condition and they did them without hesitation and patience, they were my heroes. Nurses and techs are truly the backbone of a hospital and I am forever grateful for them. I also want to say that the dietary staff was great, I’m lactose intolerant and from day one they didn’t let me get anything that had dairy on accident and they were all so friendly and the food was really good too.

I highly recommend Carrollton Regional Medical Center. They are amazing here. The facility is immaculately clean. They took really good care of me. My doctor kept me calm and talked me thru my procedure. Great communication. After care was even better my nurse Cathy was amazing. She was very attentive and highly skilled and gave really good directions at discharge and answered any and all questions i had. Everyone I came in to contact with here was amazing. I am really happy that this is the hospital in my neighborhood. I could not have felt more safe or in better hands. Thank you ALL

I had one of the best Hospital visits for a test. Tamera their Respiratory Therapist has to be one of the nicest people I have met to administer the test. It was a blessing to have someone as knowledgeable, and willing to explain every step of the test and the reason for it. She explained what the cause of my symptoms in the kindest way. I was apprehensive of what the test may find, but she explained exactly how my body was reacting. I feel much more informed and not worried but know what I need to do to handle the symptoms I have been experiencing for several months. It was a good experience, that I was grateful to be assigned the respiratory therapist.

My mother was a patient and I can say I have zero complaints with this place. I kid you not I feel like we stayed at a 5 star hotel! The nurses, doctors and dietary staff were absolutely amazing. They made our week long stay here so smooth and comfortable. They made my mother feel like royalty and dare I say she may have made a friend or two. I cannot thank everyone at Carrollton Regional Medical Center enough for the amazing job they did in making sure she was well taken care of and comfortable. YALL ARE AMAZING!!

Most important thing when you are going into a hospital nervous is for the staff to smile at you and make you comfortable and every individual that I dealt with here did that consistently. Thank you for taking care of us and making us feel better

Only had one person at front desk. She did an amazing job taking care of everyone. The technician taking the X-rays was caring and efficient.

The staff were all very positive and the facility was very clean. They had the best technology in North Texas for the exam I was taking. Radiology was proficient and proud to be able to provide such excellent healthcare options.

From the time I arrived and completed the patient paperwork (with Christine in Patient Registration), checked in with Mark (at Radiology), and completed my procedure with Nurse Basil and the CT Scan Operator, Nurse Chuck, I would rate my experience as 10 STARS if I could! Everyone was friendly, professional, explanatory, and efficient which helped me relax and got me taken care of in a jiffy!!! Medical folks WITH A GREAT "BEDSIDE MANNER" makes all the difference in any operation's reputation for excellence in customer service and continuing business. 🙂

I have to give this hospital 5 stars ✨. My hospital stay was three days. My care was excellent. From the nursing staff that received me down to the discharge nurse took very good care of me. The doctors and physical therapist 👍🏾👏🏽👏🏽. I had a knee revision and my labs started to get a little wacky on me. They got right on top of it and got me back to safe numbers. Pain management was superior. May I add the hospital food was tasty. If you come across this and was part of my care team. Thank you so much. You guys have restored some of my faith in the Healthcare system.

I love that the Doctor came in to get a history from me before a nurse did. I feel like my medical treatment was personalized and handled with great care and compassion. I had bloodwork done and a CT Scan with contrast and was out of there within hours. I also received follow up instructions with recommended Doctors, again personalized to my care. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon however if myself or a loved one has a medical emergency I know where I am going. Thank you to all the staff, from the front of the house to the back, for interacting with me respectfully and for your kindness. I appreciate you all!

Had to go to the ER today for medical treatment and CT scan. The entire staff from check in to the nurses, doctors, nurses assistants to the lab techs were all so polite and informative. They all made the best out of a not so good situation hints having to go to the ER is never good per-say but they all made it the best it could have been. Thank you to everyone that assisted and helped me today.

I was dreading the ER visit as I know it can take hours to get seen..well I was wrong, the entire ER team at Carrollton Medical from the time I walk through the doors till I checked out were amazing. Very fast and efficient. Dr Chavda and his team were amazing. So no dreading an ER visit if needed in the future.

This was the first time I’ve had a mammogram that wasn’t uncomfortable! Great experience. I’m 75 and have had many done but none was like this one! I will recommend to my friends and family.

Clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. They accept Aetna insurance whereas their big competitor does not. I will continue to use this facility even when my insurance changes.

I was hesitant to go to the ER after a car accident due to not wanting to wait for hours. I arrived to a clean facility and was promptly cared for in a speedy timely manner. Not to mention all staff were extremely pleasant and made me comfortable and at ease.

I had an exceptional experience at this hospital where I recently received care, and I wanted to share my thoughts through this review:

From the moment I arrived at the Emergency Room, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the process. There was absolutely no wait, and I was taken back into a bed immediately. The ER team wasted no time and began working on my case promptly.

What truly stood out during my stay was the excellent communication and care provided by the ER doctor and their team. They consistently kept me informed about each step of the process, ensuring I understood the procedures and the progress of my treatment.

Upon diagnosing my condition, I was admitted and assigned to a room. To my surprise, the surgeon arrived within the first 10 minutes of my arrival. He introduced himself warmly, sharing his background and expertise, which instantly put me at ease. His detailed explanation of the upcoming procedure and reassurance eliminated any worries I had, and I felt exceptionally comfortable under his care.

The Operating Room team and the anesthesiologist were absolutely outstanding. Throughout my procedure, they went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and made sure I felt safe during every moment of the process.

Overall, I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was. The prompt attention in the ER, the informative and caring medical staff, and the exceptional surgical and anesthesia teams all contributed to an experience that exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for the outstanding care I received during my time at the hospital.

The wait time in ER was a little long. The seats where we sat were a little worn. Once we got back to a room it was nice. The nurses were very attentive and helpful. I would go back there if needed.

I could not have been at a better hospital anywhere for my transition surgery. Outstanding staff from Dr's to help staff. Would recommend this hospital for any type of surgery. I had to drive 5 plus hours to get here and would have driven twice that far for the Care. Thank you Carrollton Regional.

My visit to this hospital yesterday was very well coordinated.
