This is by far the best veterinary practice I have ever taken by dog to. They saved my dog and she’s gotten excellent care. Great staff and veterinarians. The clinic isn’t crammed with animals waiting to be seen. No waiting.

This is a wonderful veterinarian practice! They provided excellent care for our aging and ill pet and now for our new puppy! Professional, kind, compassionate, patient and the list could go on! The veterinarians, techs, and front office staff are all great! Definitely consider Custer McDermott Animal Hospital to care for pet. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Cinclair and his entire staff took fantastic care of my 2 year old golden doodle. We recently rescued our dog and he had never been to the vet. We wanted to get him up to speed on his care and Dr. Cinclair was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He laid out a treatment plan that will help our new dog live his happiest, healthiest life.

As of today, the whole staff at Custer McDermott knows my cats and you know what? They all are great! I can speak wonders of all the team there: from the receptionists to the vets: Dr Brasette, Dr Brewer, Dr Cinclair, Dr Friend, Dr Lagrone, and Dr Pilkington are all great vets (I hope I did not forget any one, I listed them in alphabetical order as they all are equally great). They have helped me since I had my almost-20 years old Perlita, and have helped us to keep Mario, Max, Ellie, and Kiki healthy. They always are prompt to detect health issues and put us in touch with the right specialist if required. All the technicians are also very kind and they provide a great environment for our pets. Last, but not least, the receptionists are super sweet and great people.

We thought our 12-year-old cat Mr. big was on his way out. He couldn’t keep any food down. We brought him in to Custer McDermott Animal Hospital and they fixed him up right away. It was amazing. But the next few days he wouldn’t eat anything. So we brought him in again. This time they gave us something to rub inside his ears and right away, he began to eat. Very soon he was back to his normal, playful self! These were surprising and wonderful results. Our veterinarian Dr. friendly was wonderful. We couldn’t be happier. I would definitely highly recommend you to bring your pet in to this wonderful veterinarian service.

Dr. Lagrone is an exceptional exotic vet! My rabbits have been coming to her since 2020. I was drawn to Custer McDermott Animal Hospital because of Dr. Lagrone and her affordable pricing for exotics (anyone with an exotic pet will know just how pricy that care can be). Dr. Lagrone performed the neuter on my male rabbit, has provided care for him when he has GI status, has provided care for my female rabbit when she had an injuring event, has vaccinated them, and has provided their yearly check ups with great care& skill. Dr. Lagrone has fit us in her schedule when we had an emergency & has been extremely accommodating — all at a genuinely affordable price! I am truly so thankful for Dr. Lagrone as she is knowledgeable, kind, and has continued to provide excellent care to my rabbits who are like my children. Anyone with an exotic pet looking for affordable care should make an appointment with Dr. Lagrone. Thank you Dr. Lagrone!

Best veterinarian office around!! We have gone here probably 20 years or more and have always been so pleased with their knowledge and care. We normally use Dr. Cinclair who is fantastic!! The last two times Cinclair was out and we used Dr. Demmin. I am so impressed by him and we are so picky with our animals!! He has gone above and beyond and had the greatest intuition about what was wrong with our dogs!! He figured it out right away!! He didn’t try and over sell us services we didn’t need and I really appreciate that too. Best Vets ever!!

We have been going here for over 10 years now and we love it every time we go. The place is always clean and friendly. Our vet, Dr. Brewer is amazing and is always friendly, upfront, and honest.

For the last fifteen and a half years, Dr. Cinclair, Frances, Bailey, Madison and everyone there has been a Godsend to my cat, Slinky. Because of there kind, compassionate care and thorough knowledge of what makes animals tick, she had a beautiful life and enjoyed excellent health. When it was time for Slinky to move on to her next chapter, they provided a passing with dignity and love. Thank you, all of you, from the bottom of my heart for making a difficult time easier, and for all of the years of happiness that we had together 👍. You are all angels 😇.

I love Custer McDermott Animal Hospital. I am a first-time pet owner and the vet techs and Dr. Brewer are so patient with me and are great with my mini goldendoodle. Dr. Brewer is very thorough and also personally called me with my dog’s bloodwork results. I highly recommend seeing them for all your fur babies!

I've been bringing my pet here for several years now and have to say Dr. Cinclair, Madison, and the staff are just the best! Everyone is very caring and courteous from reception to the vet techs!

My dog has been with them for over 13 years, all the way up to his passing recently. They are just the best. Very knowledgeable, polite, attentive and caring. We had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Michael Demmin. Everyone there was so sweet to us and our pups. Squid is rather skittish. The vet tech (I wish I knew her name) and Dr. Demmin were so patient and loving with him. We couldn't believe how quickly Squid warmed up to them! The care we received was so exceptional, we will be going back, year after year.

Love this vet! They are thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and always try to fit you in if you have an unexpected need. My dog wags her tail the entire time she’s there! I’d highly recommend Custer McDermott!

We stopped here needing the Emergency vet, but didn't go far enough down the road. Staff stopped what they were doing...smiled and greeted me. Gave me a card AND directions for the correct place. We don't use them for services, but this is the service they gave me... I'm impressed.

I can't say enough good things about this vet clinic. Especially Dr. Brewer. She takes excellent care of our fur baby and always answers our questions. You can't go wrong with this vet clinic. It's doctors and staff are wonderful.

The best doctors and staff! Dr. Pilkington is thorough, intelligent and kind. Our dog had a small surgery last year and has done wonderful ever since! I Would highly recommend the doctors here. The assistants and staff are also kind and know how to calm nervous pets. Everyone is incredibly wonderful! 😊

Wonderful staff and service. Dr. Brassette was amazing, patient and did an great job answering questions and explaining options. The women at the front desk were kind and caring and the assistant who got my cat checked in was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about this practice.

We have a DDR working line German shepherd that has been trained by a retired K-9 police officer. We were going to another veterinarian but they weren’t knowledgeable about working line breeds and that could have been a huge liability. When we went to see Dr Pilkington, by recommendation of our trainer. He and his staff had the full respect and knowledge of working line breeds and made the whole experience so much better! I would highly recommend this office for your pet!

Dr. Brassette is a wonderful, patient doctor who addresses all concerns. She makes me feel like we are a team, and she is thorough and thoughtful with the care she provides for my cats.

She has performed dental cleanings and a tumor removal surgery for my cats. Before I was comfortable with the procedures, I asked to speak with her about the process for each. I researched the best practices for these procedures first, and when I spoke with her, she described exactly what I was hoping for. The techniques she uses are the highest standards. For example, she monitors all vitals, including oxygen.

The tumor removal was successful, by the way, and she achieved clean margins. I highly recommend Dr. Brassette.
