I was shopping for some knee braces. Jay was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped me fit them and made sure I was in the right size. I've shopped and Bates since the 80's and service like this is why you should support the brick and mortar stores and not the online stores.

Amazing customer service service and a great selection. They really know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge to help! This place is a bit of a hidden gem. I was afraid of trying them out because their selection wasn’t very visible in the google maps photos or on their website. I was glad that I did. I was really happy to find they even had Women’s dirt bike gear (for my Girlfriend)! I’m a fan of Leatt, and they have a ton of their helmets, braces, and other protection in store.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They aren’t pushy or pressuring. They have that vibe that this is supposed to be such a fun sport and are just there to help.

Bought new tires from them. They mounted and balanced for $15.
More if you bring your own, but still reasonable.
Usual assortment of gear and supplies.
Has a good selection of reasonably priced helmets (under $200).

I called up Bates to check the price to replace a tire and have turned into a lifelong customer. The level of service and friendliness of the folks at Bates is something else! The prices are more than fair and they had my tire tire replaced and ready to pick up in just a few hours on what was clearly a busy day.

Killer selection of parts, great pricing and cool employees. And the best part.. I asked for some sprockets for a 14 kx450f and the guy just walked back and brought me options.. didn't muddle with a computer and fill in check boxes like a zombie.. theyre enthusiasts too and actually know what you're talking about. Very refreshing.

Been going to Bates shops since the 90's; though locations change the 5 star service and great prices remain the reason I'll travel across town when I need anything. Brought in a wheel today to get a new tire and was ready to go after I ran and grabbed a bite for lunch.

One of the best places to shop for great in DFW. The staff is super helpful and friendly and if they don't know/have something they're more than happy to point you in the right direction. They have great for everybody from entry level to top of the line. I would highly recommend this place for your moto needs.

Been going there since I was a kid happy to pay a little extra for the convenience of not having to go online.

Great selection of gear, especially LS2 helmets at the best price in DFW, please don't raise the prices on them.

I had to replace an aging helmet so I gave this place a try for selection. I am really glad I did! They had great info on their options, similar (or better) prices on gear to the retail chain stores, and even parts on hand that my local dealership have to special order. Well worth the extra few minutes drive.

Staff here is awesome, and they have a great selection of parts & accessories (mostly for OHV bikes but they still have other stuff too!)
