They were very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and helped me out a lot. I was a little nervous about buying a used Car but Mr. Hajji made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car.

Pauline Golman was awesome, very patient with me and I made it difficult I'm sure.. and helped me learn everything I needed about the car I wanted. Did great at understanding I knew what car I wanted and didn't need to be sold on anything else. Great dealership and people! Make sure to ask for Pauline tho, she was awesome! Easiest and best car buying experience I've had. Nice manager too.

I looked and this was the only place that had the Pilot Touring I wanted. I called and spoke to Zach Green who was super awesome and treated us like VIPs when we got there. Did finance with Howard Jung who was just as amazing, friendly and funny. This place is huge and has very nice amenities while you wait. Ask for Zach and Howard. Got a good price for my 2011 Honda Pilot for trade it too.

Eddie Hawk was great. Him and I spent two weeks back and forth about a vehicle he had on the lot. Even met me outside late at night in the rain after I got off of work so I could look at the truck. He was very helpful and accommodating. He gave me a decent price on my trade in and a great price on my new truck. If you’re in the market for a used car, go see Eddie and he’ll take care of you.

I recently took my Honda in to David McDavid of Frisco for a suspension check. My experience was pain free. I was helped by a young woman, the service advisor, who is a fabulous ambassador to the company. One the dealership should be proud to have as it's first impression. Her name is Melanie and she is comfortable to talk to, friendly, caring, energetic, eager to help, goes the extra mile to understand the problem and to explain services recommended. In other words she is delightful to work with.
Jeff, the mechanic, who was responsible for diagnosing and doing the work was also super helpful and easy to talk to. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision about repairs that I felt very comfortable with.

I would like to share my first time experience here. First I just wanna say at this dealership they are not there to waste your time . They are very true and authentic. Terrance was an amazing man to work with thanks to Zach leaving me in good hands with him. I truly appreciate each individual I met at this establishment they were quick and very efficient with working with me down to THE finance man ( I forgot his name, my bad 😣). I came in at 5:45 and they had me in my new 2024 Honda HR-V sport by 7. I would definitely recommend coming to shop at this dealership and trust your in good hands with team members who won’t play with your numbers. Terrance was informative and prompt and first impressions was spot on. They really value the customer experience and it goes such a long way really. Although I did not get his name I want to thank the manager here for working with me⭐.

Antero Rebaza has been extraordinary in his service as I was looking for a new vehicle. Great overall car buying experience. I worked with Pauline, who knew every detail about every trim level I was considering. I've never met anyone who knew so much about the cars they were selling. This dealer was also the only one in the area that honored their online advertised price (No surprise $1,500 Lojack when you arrive in person), which meant a lot. I will be buying my next car from here as well.

This week I brought in an 18 year old Honda Civic with a serious oil leak. This car belongs to one of my former students who has to have reliable transportation to get him to and from dialysis and other medical appointments. This dealership came highly recommended to me by a former corporate employee of Honda and now I know why. I was so amazed and thankful at the incredible customer service as well as the repair work they did on his car to keep him on the road. His car has 293,000 miles on it and instead of trying to talk us in to buying him a new car, they understood his situation, assessed the work that needed to be done, and completed it within 3 hours of our arrival. A huge thanks to Sina, Mikki, Omar, and our service technician Eric for making this such an incredibly positive and productive experience for us. David McDavid Honda of Frisco is the model of what a dealership service center should be. Everyone is courteous and professional. The waiting area is clean and spacious. Didn’t get your coffee or tea before going? They’ve got you covered. It’s been consistently like this since bringing my vehicle here since I bought it 6 years ago. It’s in great shape thanks to the service they provide with no pressure at all. I have also noticed that I have seen many of the same employees over the years which is nice. I always request Kelvin to be my service advisor.

I purchased a used car at a fair price after working online with Shan. He was super responsive, answering all my questions quickly and accurately. When we arrived and met him in person, he was professional and friendly. The finance person, Christina was very pleasant, thorough and helpful. The whole experience was easy and excellent. We would definitely do business here again.
