We are so happy to have located this pharmacy! I am a pharm tech and my husband a diabetic and heart patient! We used a well known chain pharmacy that isn't CVS until recently. They had always been okay. Filling what we needed and taking care of the basics. Until the last several months when the staff just stopped caring. So, I decided it was time to find a local pharmacy and change that. The pharmacists at Josey Pharmacy do! They know my husband and myself BY NAME! When I walk in the door they recognize us immediately! It's such a wonderful feeling to know that we are actual people and not just a prescription or a number anymore! To be treated like a human being makes ALL of the difference in the world!! This team KNOWS their stuff and how to make patients feel cared about! If there is ever an issue with the insurance company, I don't even know about it! They take care of it and that information really never even affects me or is an inconvenience to me! Which is how it should be! It has been such a refreshing experience that I am so sad we didn't switch sooner. If you are dissatisfied with your chain pharmacy, look at giving a local independent pharmacy your business! Josey Pharmacy is EXCELLENT!! Take it from a pharmacy technician! I wouldn't trust ANYONE ELSE AT THIS POINT!

Josey Pharmacy is the best !!! The staff is extremely professional and more importantly very kind and always willing to help.

I have complex medical issues. They always take the time to explain me my medicines and deal with my insurance and resolve any issues. They always notify me if there is any savings available even without asking and they have saved me TONS of MONEY. I have used them for almost 3 years now and never had any issues.

They know who I am and treat me like a real person ! They truely CARE for their customers. I am absolutely happy to be their loyal customer 😊

This is the BEST pharmacy I have every used. They have not only saved me hundreds of dollars by using manufactures discount cards on top of my insurance, but they treat me as an actual person unlike other pharmacies. The staff is so knowledgeable and very helpful. Their customer service is the best. Amongst all the medicine shortages that are going on nationwide they really go out of their way to help and make sure you receive your medicine. Service is also super-fast. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

I am never going to any other pharmacy in the future.

I LOVE this pharmacy. The people are super nice and very efficient. They are smaller so they remember me, work with my physician on some special prescriptions that I have. They take my insurance and the prices are competitive (often better than my insurance's preferred provider, CVS). So glad I found them!!!

Best pharmacy I've ever used hands down. They are generally so fast my prescriptions are ready as I'm leaving my doctor's office. They are in network for CVS caremark prescription insurance. They also offer manufacture discount cards to help. I've never received the level of service and care I do here at any other pharmacy. They may not have a ton of over the counter items or be open after 6 or on weekends but I'm tired of just being another number at CVS and Walgreens here I am a person one they know by name in fact! One time they did not have my entire prescription so they gave me half then half the next day so I wouldn't have to go without it. Another time they didn't have my prescription so they borrowed it from another pharmacy and then ordered it to replace the one they borrowed. They really go out of their way here for you. I've transferred all my prescriptions here and I will never use another pharmacy.

Nice little pharmacy. Looks to be independent and the lady who helped us was super nice. Neat place, small so not your typical big box store with 50 of everything you could ever want. Just the basics for over the counter stuff.

Great pharmacy with personalized service. So quick and easy. Really nice couple that own it. Please support your locally owned businesses. I have transferred all of meds here.

This is a wonderful Pharmacy that goes out of the way to help its patients get what they need at a better price. They are super sweet and always have the prescription you need.

Employees were nice and explained things well.

The pharmacy is great and very efficient and personable. My only issue is the hours. Having business hours in a field where people need help after 6pm or weekends will force customers to return to CVS, Walgreens, etc... Most people work Monday- Friday 8-5, limiting the ability to use this pharmacy.

I really liked them until they told me they couldn't fill my husband's diabetes medicine because they needed to save it for their "established" customers. I've filled here 3 times. Unfortunately this is his diabetic medicine and I'm not able to find the medicine anywhere. Feels like they don't care about the well-being of the public but only staying in business. I just can't trust a company that puts a patients life at risk.. my husband is desperately in NEED and they refused to fill his medicine and save it for customers they feel are "established". Just doesn't feel right.

I'm all for supporting small business, but when it comes to medicines that people need this place tries to leverage people's prescriptions to increase their business. This is highly unethical to tell someone who needs their medicine that it is for their regular customers! The level of rudeness I experienced was unexpected when I moved my prescriptions to a pharmacy with more convenient hours. I will not return here.

This place awful. Tell you a RX is ready for pick up then when you get there they tell you your insurance isn't accepted. I've had the same RX filled there for 2 mo ths now I can't get it filled. Will never be back to this place. The owner pharmacist argued and interrupted me during our conversation and is so rude.
