Awesome staff. Expeditiously carries out requests. Truly care about their patients. I can’t express how much they have helped me over the years. All the Medical staff and their assistants are amazing as well as the lab tech and receptionists. Can’t find a more genuine healthcare provider

The staff at Texas Health Family Care have always been friendly and have taken care of my medical issues in a professional manner. Nurse practitioners are very thorough and answer all my questions and I'm referred to specialists as needed.

Great people, they even put up with my Sh!? and attitude!! They always make my visits fun. Love the ladies up there! 💚🤘

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The NP prescribed me a drug that had a higher chance of hurting or killing me than helping me. They also tried to push expensive referrals that weren't needed instead of the one I needed. Luckily, I had a feeling that I needed to see an actual heart doctor before starting this potential life-ruining drug. This NP is an obvious big pharmaceutical pusher and only after a paycheck. All I needed was to continue on my diet and keep working out, as per an actual high-rated heart doctor. I will never return to this doctor's office, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy.

From PA’s prescribing medication and not being able to answer questions about it to people at the front desk hanging up on me to being talked down to by my PA… I once messaged a PA who prescribed me a medication and never sent me any messages back about it. Told her my symptoms. I got a call from my pharmacy that a new medication was ready. I never went to pick it up because I didn’t know anything about it. When I asked, I was told “ask the pharmacy”.

The PA’s are not responsive to the patient’s needs. Cannot even send in a prescription with any coding so that my Medicare will take care of it. Stay away!! Find an office with qualified medical professionals that will listen to you and provide the correct medical care.

I don't even know where to start, it was such a horrifying experience from start to finish. First off, I will say that the PA I saw, Amber Thomas, was amazing. She was really sweet! I wish she worked for a different office. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. I am young so I did not realize that I needed to fast for my annual exam due to them taking blood. When I called to make my appointment they never told me. I showed up and the staff treated this as an inconvenience and I felt awful, however the front desk should know to tell new patients that they need to fast since there will be blood taken. I also specifically asked if they had the depo injection at the office so they could give it to me, they said yes. When the doctor asked me if I had it I was so confused. I ended up having to wait at the pharmacy for 30 minutes and then returning to the office so they could give it to me. I was told by the PA, front desk, and MA that it would be FREE of charge. I also had to come back the next day to get my blood drawn. A few weeks later I get a bill of $28, turns out, the depo injection is not free of charge. I called billing and they told me they just had to change how they coded it so my insurance would cover it. I called the office manager and when she returned my call and said "we can't give you an injection without charging you for it" and then laughed. I'm sorry but I have never had to pay for this injection and I have gone to multiple family care offices. My mom had to call to see if she would further explain. Long story short, she has stopped returning our calls which is extremely unprofessional. I was a new patient and this was my first and last time I will ever return to this office!

I had an appointment at 11:00 and waited in the waiting room for over an hour the staff was extremely rude they told me to reschedule, this was a Friday and I was in pain but I don't think they much cared.
