Customer service counter Rae is top notch. 10/10 problem solving skills. Friendly and fast paced. I'll come back specifically because of her excellent service and plan on making this my new one-stop shop for all of my purchases all thanks to her. Jeremy was pretty cool too. 😎

I went on Wednesday 12-14-23 around 11-11:30pm to get a few items and gifts I needed. I was looking for a kitchen set for my daughter and couldn't find it in the aisle, so I asked a team member (didn't get her name) but she helped me look for it and she had someone get it from the pallets in the back. She went out of her way to make sure I got the kitchen. She was the sweetest and never made it seem like an inconvenience. Also, the 2 people in the register were very nice ( they both offered to bring the kitchen to my car, since it was heavy)

Great at time not the prices. But the Starbucks is awesome. That's my only reason I go there. Or see if they have any deals while I drink my Starbuck late. Thank you for putting Starbucks in your store. One way to bring in people. Great time thank you.

Employees are always helpful, the store selection is smaller but this location is not a super Target so I don’t expect much. The clothing sections are often scattered and messy.

I exclusively use the drive-up service and absolutely adore it. The new Starbucks feature where you can order and it’s brought to you is fantastic! The associates put it in a secure bag. Target is one of my absolute favorite store!

Grocery section is well stocked. Self checkout line moved fast. Clean, spacious store. Had a great shopping experience!

We enjoy going here, and the store is usually pretty clean and pretty well stocked. The lines are long at peak times and holidays, but that's true of lots of stores. I had a return yesterday, and it was 100% no hassle at all. :) Thanks!

Honestly I Could Never Thank The Target Employees That Helped Us Out Saturday. This Past Saturday My Mom, Brother, My Son And I went to Target to get a few things. My mom is a Type 1 Diabetic and started to not feel good. She ended up passing out at the very front of the store and the employees and two nurses that were shopping there at the time as well went above and beyond to help my mom. They did everything they could to help my mom, on top of that an employee took my son to the side and talked to him and helped him calm down. I Literally Can Not Thank Them Enough For What They Did For My Mom And Us. This Happened Saturday And I Am So Grateful For Them I Didn’t Get To Get Their Names Due To Everything Happening So Fast I Know One Was A Manager. Thank You Target Employees And To The Two Nurse Thank You For Going Out Of Yalls Way To Help Us.

First time shopping at this Target location and it didn’t disappoint. Just like other locations, they offered great customer service, the store was clean and organized. Affordable prices and they had everything I needed in stock.

TarJ - this store never fails me. Went to get some tights and the quality is bomb - was in and out within 20 minutes tops.

Of course, depending on when you go, the self checkout line and regular check out will have you waiting a good 20 minutes, just to purchase and leave, but all in all, still not a bad experience.

My Target store is awesome. I get great deals on clearance. The store is always clean and organized. I love the food area. Our neighborhood store is great.

Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help, and it made me feel really welcome when everyone was asking about my day and how I was doing! I was having some trouble looking for traveling size body wash and Melissa had checked in on me before but saw I was struggling. She offered her assistance and her service was SUPERIOR!! I really love this location and always receive great service, I will continue to be coming back!

I never have issues here and I spend a lot of money here usually daily. However today whoever was at customer service at 8:30 pm, older lady closest register to Starbucks is rude as heck. This isn’t the first time she’s been that way but I ignored it the first time. Now she just needs to be dealt with because she’s disrespectfully rude for no reason.

The a Rockwall store is very clean and well stocked. I had minimal employee interaction but when I did it was fantastic. Humans at the checkout was great! Keep it up Target!!

After not shopping at Target for 20 years, I had to go in to get a LEGO set my son said he’d only found here. The two associates who went out of their way to help me and provided me with exemplary customer service made me feel so welcomed at the Rockwall Target that I will now be shopping at Target again!

Was so easy and convenient. I placed my order in the morning and within minutes I had a confirmation that my things where ready for pick up. When I went to pick up all I had to do is tap on the app that I was there and within minutes again my items where brought to me. I will definitely be doing this again when I need something quick.
