I love this Kroger, on how big and how much different varieties!!! Only thing there is only so many verify stored in Rockwall and with this being off the 30 can be really busy easily

Love coming to this store, found everything I needed for the evening... Pickles, lots of pickles.

This store is absolutely awesome! The staff is amazing, very respectful, and happy to be there. The store itself is well kept and clean, fresh fruit and vegetables are always stocked. And there is a variety of things to choose from. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area!

Good store grocery wise - pharmacy will lie in a heart beat - said my scrip for hydrocodone - I called headquarters took 2 days - Kevin lied - it's actually a felony

Ready nice Kroger. Usually crowded but can get out pretty quick. Parking is sometimes an issue, but that should tell you how people feel about this store.

They have really good steaks. They're Nolan Ryan angus selection is the best. I buy the 34 Prime Ribeys and the Angus tenderloins and they are fabulous. I sear them on a flat top griddle with onions and peppers, wow so good.

The people that work here are very nice & doing their best to help. Now the customers are a different story, they are rude & think they are better than everyone. I have never seen so many people that think so highly of themselves.

Great place to get groceries. The prices are very competitive.

The selections of different products are amazing. Although the prices are much higher than other stores, the quality and availability of sales is much better. Kroger is the only physical store that has most of the health drinks I need.

Came here just to buy some Flonase, store looks really clean and although lines were very long.. I had a speedy check out in the self serve, found what I was looking for fast.

We drive a little bit further for this location and have for a couple of years now! The friendly helpful faces along with always offering extra in store made this our store! Thank You All!

The Starbucks here is great. Love to treat myself to a chai with two pumps of white mocha every now and again while we shop.

This Rockwall Kroger is the greatest store for fresh meats, organic foods, baked breads & desserts, plus their weekly sales save you money, I only get to go when out that way, not near my house.❣

I went to this Kroger today and was looking for a product and an employee named Gary, who appeared to be leaving for the day, stopped us and said we looked like we were lost and what can he help us find. He was so nice and really spent time helping us. We were really impressed because it’s hard to find great customer service these days. Thank you Gary for your help and we appreciate your amazing customer service!

Fried chicken in the deli is delicious!

This Kroger always has excellent customer service. I use their Pickup option quite frequently and they have some great people working that department. Just had a very encouraging talk with Bob on the phone about an order. He was very kind during this crazy time, and even though some stuff is out of stock it is nice to know staff are still out there doing their best and cheering people up.

I rate this grocery store 5 stars because 1st of all it has very easy access. The accessibility from the streets are wide and clear of any obstructions. Easy in-and-out. There is plenty of parking. There is handicap parking available to those who have a hard time getting in-and-out of their vehicles it's got wheelchair accessibility. I find that most of the fruit and vegetables are as fresh as fresh can be. The customer service is has always been good to me. What I like most is the in-store Starbucks, a flower section and helium balloons for most occasions. Go visit as soon as you can.

Absolutely love the online grocery shopping, InstaCart, and delivery.
I was skeptical that I wouldn’t receive the quality produce that I ordered but, to my surprise, they knew what they’re doing better than I do!!!
If an item isn’t available, they send you a text and suggest an alternative.
Although Kroger’s prices are higher than Walmart’s, the quality is better and the majority of our vitamins are BOGO (buy one, get one) which ends up cheaper than Walmart.

We've been shopping at this store since 2001 and have always received good service. Just tonight for example, bought a few things and went to the check out line. Julia was great. Friendly, personable and went out of her way to double check pricing of an item she remembered being on sale but rang up at regular price. Two thumbs up for Julia. It's service like this that keeps me shopping there.
