Today I went into the Ridge Road Pharmacy and they diligently worked together to get medication that was tied up by other pharmacies filing claims against it to receive payment and to prevent other pharmacies from being able to process while they do nothing with it in the name of a BACK ORDER. And in most cases your order is no longer considered when the medication is in stock when a claim beyond a week or two is on it.

The Ridge Rd pharmacy showed me that they were concerned that it had been over a month with no medication and called my insurance company and gave me the numbers to the pharmacies that needed to reverse the claim they put against my prescription. Until finally I went home with medication in hand.

I can’t thank the staff enough, Shonda and Crystal and others for going the extra mile.

After CVS messed up my passport photo and I had to have it redone- their staff told me they weren't even a passport place when I returned (then why is it on Rush my passport website as a recommendation)
Anyway the lady at the checkout at CVS referred me to Walgreens so I came over and Miss Cynthia helped me and what a joy she is! So much help and a delightful personality.

My husband and I have used this pharmacy for about 12 years. Over the years, we have come to expect pretty good service. However, the service we received today from Larson, the pharmacy tech, was outstanding. When we went to pick-up our prescriptions today in preparation for a 3 week vacation (departing tomorrow morning at 5am), I was very concerned to learn that my inhaler was still pending. Particularly since we were planning on doing quite a bit of hiking, I simply could not leave town with an almost empty inhaler. However, when I explained the situation to Larson, he got on it. We were on our way in 15 minutes with all necessary prescriptions, including my asthma medication. It is because of this type of customer service that we will continue to give Walgreens our business.

The man working lastnight was phenomenal and the most helpful pharmacy worker i’ve ever come across. I needed an emergency medication and most pharamacists would just tell me to deal with it. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication THAT night. I never write reviews but i am so thankful for this person. Thank you Mike.

Very easy to find everything you are looking for, each aisle is marked with the items they have, and then each aisle also has subcategories showing where each product type is located. The staff is incredibly friendly, everywhere from the front cash registers, to the photo booth (which if you are ever needing to use western union you go to the photo kiosks and touch the screen as though you are about to print photos and there is a western union button), to the pharmacy, and all the way even to the makeup employees. Very nice place to go for quick and easy shopping. Unfortunately their prices are fairly high as far as over the counter medications and food/beverage prices are concerned. But overall you are in for a very good experience. Happy shopping everyone!

Though my aunt takes me at night, the night staff are so sweet and we get in and out easily with no fuss. Especially on weekend nights. They're worth every penny!

Pharmacy staff are thoughtful and very conscious of processing times.

This is my pharmacy where all my prescriptions go every one is so friendly I am greeted by name the pharmacy tech's always ask how I am doing and are always very pleasant. I couldn't ask for more.

It is a little pricey, I mean walgreens and CVS have always been pricey, so if you don't want to spend more money here then go to Walmart where you can save a few dollars. I go here because I can get my prescriptions cheap here through my employers insurance plan.

Everyone here is super nice and helps through any issues regarding pharmacy. Some people get super impatient sometimes and they still greet everyone with kindness.
