Great customer service from start to finish! The install took a bit of time but he was very courteous and respectful. He took the time to explain everything after the install and cleaned up when done. I would definitely recommend Culligan Water of Crystal Lake.

We have well-water that smells bad and left stains in the bathtubs and sinks before we moved in. Culligan came in, assessed the situation, and put together our "home water treatment plant". No more smelly water. No more stains. Culligan also put in a reverse-osmosis treatment for drinking water and, knock on wood, I have not had a kidney-stone for three years since.

When we decided to purchase a new water softener to replace our aging one, we contacted Culligan. Sean Unverzagt came out quickly to give us an estimate and answered all of our questions. Turnaround time was quick, installation went great and the technicians handled the installation with skill and professionalism. Sean also followed up with us and came out a few weeks after installation to test our water and make sure the unit was functioning as it is supposed to.

It has been a journey. First time ever dealing with well water. I was scared about this whole process. But working with Gary gave me a peace of mind. Gary was thorough with his descriptions of the system and filtration. He gave me reassurance . I usually will call him when I have questions and he tell me what to do. When I called Culligan office about when the filters should be replaced. They quoted me the filters only or do it myself. After talking with an agent about the price for installing the filters was so reasonable. I decided to go with letting them install the new filters.

The Culligan water softener technicians are always reliable and expert in the diagnosis and repair of any water softener problem when it occurs, albeit rare. Scheduling a technician visit is reasonably easy. The technicians have always been trustworthy, considerate and efficient in the quality of their work.

We have leased our Culligan water softener system for almost 35 years. The nature of my job had entailed a lot of travel. Therefore it was important that I could rely upon Culligan products and experts to keep my family safe and comfortable with our water needs.

Every step of the process was painless. The initial sales appointment was informative and easy to understand. I never felt Ike I was being pressured but only educated in my options. I just moved into new house that is 90 years old with septic and a well. Had Gary out to inspect that everything with water was okay, there are many tubes, and systems in this house and I have no idea what any of them are. He was very kind, down to earth, he tested and looked at everything, taught me what everything was and said he could not sell me a thing because all was good. I was so relieved and in all honesty shocked, first time in my life a salesman was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything. When I do need anything my first call will be to Gary.
